My broker has us use this software when submitting reverse mortgage loans to processing for setup.

Pros

I just recently started using this software this year and only use it when I have a reverse mortgage lead (3 or 4 times) but no training was even necessary for me to understand it.

Cons

Some of my lender's aren't included in the loan options.

This software is a great value for the cost. I have used many origination platforms and ReverseVision continuously is the easiest (and therefore fastest) for me to use.

Pros

The reason I like ReverseVision is because you don't have to enter every bit of information before generating an application. I can still generate apps easily for soft leads with only some general information.

Cons

I wish at ReverseVision was directly integrated with Calyx Point.

Reasons for choosing RV Sales Accelerator

Price was probably one of my main concerns. RV is a great value.

It's pretty hard to mess anything up in the fee's section since Reverse Vision generates an alert when something may be incorrect. Give's me a little piece of mind.

Pros

I like the fact that fee's are automatically calculated based on lender specifications, but you can still change them if necessary.

Cons

The Reverse Vision system runs aggravatingly slow from time to time.

ReverseVision is integrated with many different lenders and you can compare multiple products to find the best loan option for a specific borrower.

Pros

ReverseVision guides you through the minimum information needed to input at various stages of the loan process. It also alerts you if information is missing or seems to be incorrect.

Cons

I don't like the fact that there is no easy way to copy the data from a file and re-enter it automatically (such as is a loan is denied you have to re-enter everything all over if you want to try another lender).
