Pros Unlike what appears to be the trend nowadays, the software is not cloud based so none of my data is in the cloud. It gives me better piece of mind knowing that I have full control of my data. Cons There is no facility to send bulk emails, only individual emails. The support team has assured me that this feature will be added though. Cons Every tool can be reached from main menu! Everything that you need can be accessed directly from the main screen!
