El servicio bueno que tienen y sobretodo el soporte, de primera mano. He tenido algún problemilla a la hora de configurarlo pero desde luego que es de uno de los soportes que más rápido me han atendido y de lo mejorcito que he visto en internet.

Cons

La verdad es que no tengo pegas, tienen un servicio gratuito amplio, buen soporte.. Vamos que no hay nada de qué quejarse.

Hace ya años que lo uso y no lo cambio por otro, y la atención de \[contenido sensible oculto\] , espectacular. Me ha resuelto un problema en cero coma.

Pros

Es sencillo de usar, pero para mi lo mejor, la atención al cliente y que el plan gratuito es enorme, te permite enviar un montón de mails sin pagar, además de todas las funcionalidades que incluye.

Cons

En si, me gusta todo. Por poner un "pero", que la interface es un poco antigua, considero yo, pero eso si, limpia y funcional.

Me encanta y es la que uso para todos mis socios de jcdigital.es. El soporte por chat es increíblemente rápido y con personas reales como \[contenido sensible oculto\]. Son mi herramienta de confianza desde hace años.

Pros

La simplicidad de la herramienta y tener TODAS las funcionalidades abiertas con el plan gratuito. Esto da un abanico de experiencia increíble. Soporte 100% en español

Cons

A veces los cambios a implementar son lentos (cuestiones de empresa ) y hay ciertas funciones "típicas" que poco a poco se van implementando y que otras plataformas lo tienen desde inicio.

Mixed. System is good and effective but if the service after sales is pathetic it's unreliable for long run.

Pros

Easy to setup, more than enough quota in free account

Cons

Had bad experience with the customer support executive. I experience the lack of technical expertise & understanding the customer's issue. Rigidness to accept/ acknowledge the possible area of improvement in the system. belittling the value of prospect by showing the way to delete account without even trying to retain.

La interfaz es muy intuitiva y facilita la creación y gestión de campañas de correo electrónico. Mailrelay ofrece potentes herramientas de automatización para enviar mensajes personalizados en momentos clave, mejorando la captación de potenciales clientes. Permite segmentar la lista de suscriptores en base a diversos criterios, lo que mejora la relevancia de los mensajes y la entrega de correos electrónicos es segura, evitando que los mensajes terminen en carpetas de spam.

Cons

Las opciones de diseño de plantillas de correo pueden son menos flexibles, por lo cual, aunque aproveches la segmentación y el correo llegue al correo principal, puede que no cumpla con tus expectativas en cuanto al diseño y libertad de creatividad.

En general ha sido muy buena para probar la versión gratuita que es la mejor prácticamente seguro del mercado en la opción de gratis. Resumiendo es un producto que recomiendo probar 100% en el modo gratuito y comprobar las posibilidades del mismo, si se sigue creciendo existen opciones de pago con una gran relación calidad precio.

Pros

Es uno de los mejores y más económicos programas de marketing por correo electrónico. Mailrelay ofrece muchas funciones y más de 80K correos gratis. Puedes crear correos únicos de manera bastante sencilla y enviarlos a los contactos que necesites. Es relativamente fácil de gestionar pero puede requerir cierta adaptación. En general ofrece mucho la versión gratuita, es de lo mejor del mercado en ese sentido, múltiples configuraciones, analiticas y mucho más.

Cons

Tiene ciertas configuraciones algo complejas pero hay tutoriales para ello, no es desde luego de los más sencillos de configurar. En general no tiene muchas contras reseñables, y más son temas puntuales de cada persona a la hora de utilizarlo.Por poner otra contra debería mejorar algo el diseño.

Pros

The free offer is awesome. 80000 mails/month and 20000 contacts is simply unbeatable, as far as I know. A great way to start for free.

Cons

I simply couldn't make it work. I had all kind of delivery problems and many of the emails didn't get to inbox. I was fairly inexperienced at the moment, so it was probably because I didn't setup everything properly. Customer support tried to help, but after a couple of weeks of mails going and coming I gave up and tried with another tool.If you are experienced and can make sure all the configurations are fine, it may be a good tool for you

Es un servicio de calidad que apoya a los nuevos emprendedores con su plan de tarifas

Pros

Su excelente relación calidad precio, lo hace muy accesible a los negocios que están en su fase inicial ya que permite capturar hasta 20.000 suscriptores a cero coste

Cons

lo que veo un poco complicado es la configuración Spf, DKIM y Dmarc, sin embargo, el servicio de atención al cliente te apoya para resolver cualquier inconveniente para llevar a cabo con éxito los respectivos registros

La interfaz de usuario ha mejorado mucho en estos últimos tres años. En un principio me pareció muy engorrosa, pero hoy en día la percibo más fácil de usar, incluso desde el móvil.

Pros

Lo que más destaco es que es gratis y puedes enviar hasta 80.000 mensajes/mes a un máximo de 20.000 contactos, algo que para emprendimientos que recién empiezan está bastante bien. Además, que cumple con la ley de protección de datos de Europa, algo importante si operas desde España.

Cons

En mi experiencia personal, hace un par de años no pude registrarme con el correo corporativo de mi dominio con ñ, tuve que usar otro. Escribí a soporte y desde el año pasado es que pude usar mi cuenta.
