Además, ofrece más libertad de realizar campañas (como las de referidos), que en plataformas similares están muy limitadas o poseen muchas restricciones. Pros Mailrelay ofrece una plataforma de correos masivos muy amigable de utilizar y hasta cierto punto funcional, tomando en cuenta que su versión básica ofrece un gran volumen tanto de envíos masivos como de almacenamiento de contactos gratis. Cons En comparación con otras plataformas de correos masivos le falta una mayor variedad de plantillas prediseñadas para ofrecer una experiencia multimedia superior. También, hay que tener cuidado con la zona horario, pues aparece configurada inicialmente con horario europeo y si vas a programar los envíos es necesario actualizar este detalle. Resumiendo es un producto que recomiendo probar 100% en el modo gratuito y comprobar las posibilidades del mismo, si se sigue creciendo existen opciones de pago con una gran relación calidad precio. Pros Es uno de los mejores y más económicos programas de marketing por correo electrónico. Mailrelay ofrece muchas funciones y más de 80K correos gratis. Puedes crear correos únicos de manera bastante sencilla y enviarlos a los contactos que necesites. Es relativamente fácil de gestionar pero puede requerir cierta adaptación. En general ofrece mucho la versión gratuita, es de lo mejor del mercado en ese sentido, múltiples configuraciones, analiticas y mucho más. Cons Tiene ciertas configuraciones algo complejas pero hay tutoriales para ello, no es desde luego de los más sencillos de configurar. Me cerraron el ticket donde pregunte por qué desactivaron mi cuenta, y tuve que reabrir el ticket para poder apelar. Pros Lo unico que me gusto fue que se podia integrar todo de manera facil, y ofrecen buena tasa de envios en el modo gratis Cons No me gusto que el técnico de soporte hiciera una declaración falsa sobre mi producto, alegando que era un producto piramidal, cuando solo es un curso que vendo a través de Hotmart donde enseño a vender modelos 3D... NO TIENE NADA DE PIRAMIDAL. Deberían enseñar a su soporte que revisen los productos de sus clientes antes de hacer declaraciones falsas.Tampoco me gusto que las automatizaciones son muy limitadas, no tienen tantas funciones o acciones como otras plataformas. This is the main reason why I would recommend Mailrelay. Pros Mailrelay's free tier is so high, that it's likely that you won't paid for the service until you really grow up - and even then, its pricing is really cheap. Also, it has a ton of learning material and their support service is helpful. Watch out for their blog and their onboarding emails, they deliver a lot of useful tips and tricks. What I like the most about their blog, is that they don't only focus on giving advice on email marketing topics, they also cover digital marketing in general. Speaking more about the app, I think it's important to remark an interesting technology that they have: some time ago, they implemented "Smart Delivery", a feature that sends the emails first to the most active customers, making sure that your IP reputation is the highest possible. Cons Features and design-wise, their competitors are far more advanced. It's UI/UX is really old, and makes navigation a bit hard. And the automation features are quite limited compared on other big players on the market. But I have heard that they are working on this, so we probably will have more advanced marketing features soon. Recomiendo Mailrelay sin duda. Cons Sería muy interesante ofrecer creación de landing pages, formulario y encuestas. Es cierto que ofrece muchas más funcionalidades, pero en nuestro caso lo único que necesitamos es el envío de newsletter. They have improved their Dashboard, but has a flaw that is critical for me (other tools also have it) and it is the search for bounced mails or no longer used. The search has to be done manually, wasting a considerable amount of time :( The RSS template does not work that well, I'm not a programmer in HTML so I have no idea how to make the images be invoked. I asked for help to support, but they are not the best at answering apart from redirecting you to their Blog, video tutorials, etc. They do not realize that I need, many users have very little time-customized help and would be willing to extend my plan inclusive :( Pros Good platform to send out emails. En un principio me pareció muy engorrosa, pero hoy en día la percibo más fácil de usar, incluso desde el móvil. Pros Lo que más destaco es que es gratis y puedes enviar hasta 80.000 mensajes/mes a un máximo de 20.000 contactos, algo que para emprendimientos que recién empiezan está bastante bien. Además, que cumple con la ley de protección de datos de Europa, algo importante si operas desde España. Cons UX and user interface are poorly designed and difficult to use. Also our spam ratio grew a bit when using the service. However, I can tell that it is really broad e-mail service platform, that you can use for really whole spectrum of needs. You can adjust, your subscriber list, you can import newsletter templates and send them when you want and how much you want (of course there is a limitation by the total number of subscribers, but there is no limitation regarding of number of newsletter you can send for example in one hour or so). The only think it is fuzzy for me is statistcs that is not so clear and easy for use, and there is no possibilty to repeat sending newsletter for those people who didnt opened newsletter in the first sending.
