Pros: -I love the data and financial reports. I also like that it breaks down your sales based on categories so you can see what your best sellers are, what you need to push more, etc.
-Contact lists
-Sales reports
-Supertickets

Cons: There is no option to invoice on the POS right now and that is about 70% of our monthly businesss
We live right on the state line and do a lot of our business in the next state. Right now the POS does not figure sales tax in if I deliver to the next stage, thus again causing my financial reports to be off

The floweroo is so so!

Comments: We find it not as user friendly as the old system. My staff is consistently complaining about the system.

Pros: The new site
Orders print out with card messages, labels so we don't have to write things manually.

Overall: Thank you UFN for constantly keeping us local florists in mind. We love the new site and the Floweroo POS. What we like best is the printer solution because we do not have to manually write out cards and labels - everything we need prints out beautifully. Plus, we love the rest of the features. Thank you.

Pros: the photos of the product ordered ( when available) and the map for delivery

Cons: the delivery charges are not set. i can't do cash or house accounts sales. i can't do call outs

Overall: i find i am still more comfortable writing the order and then putting it in. i would like a little more customer info such as full address required for their protection and verification.

Recommendations to other buyers: update to allow cash and house accounts and wire outs.

Pros: Speaking for the POS aspect only, I like that it's all on one page and easy to see the entire order all at once.

Cons: I'm not a fan of it not accepting Barcodes, Debit or Cash. As well, I don't love that I can only input products to sell if I also add them to my website. It's just not ideal for the business I run. We have over 1500 giftware products that I would like to keep inventory of but that I also don't want to put on my website such as candles, dip mixes, stuffed animals, tea pots/cups/loose leaf tea etc. I can input it as a custom product in Floweroo but in order to keep track of how many I'm selling I'd have to add it as a product on my site and I'm not interested in doing so.

Overall: Overall I really like Floweroo, I LOVE working with Jessica Lawrence, she's the most amazing, easy going helpful representative and I can't say enough how much she has made the experience easy and the transition fun. In the beginning I found a lot of glitches and other issues that I didn't love but the team at UFN was great about adding in a lot of the features I would like to see and quick to fix any bumps I ran into. Overall, I'm not a huge fan of the new POS addition as I personally have no use for it. I carry a lot of products which include SKU numbers and I'm not a fan of how I can't use a scan barcode with Floweroo so I'm going to stick with my original POS system as of right now. I also can't accept Cash payments or Debit payments on Floweroo as of yet which makes a lot of my sales difficult so I have to use my other POS system for those things. It's much too difficult to run 2 POS systems so I have opted to stick with my old system and do everything in one place.
I do however love a lot of the updates to the actual website itself such as being able to see which of my products sell and how many I've sold to date, as well as all of my customers information including how often they order and their average spending price.
Some of the changes I'd really like to see are;
1. I'd like if there was an option to print out the work tickets to look the old way (pre-Floweroo) when they printed out portrait instead of landscape. I'm not using the card/tag feature and the orders now print out side ways to all my other orders which makes it difficult to look them over quickly.
2. The special instructions box prints out in tiny print, in red ink and it's hard to see. We've actually missed a few special instructions because of this. The special instructions also do not show on the email verification of the order so sometimes they are missed all together if we aren't in store looking at the physical print out.
3. The "add on's" in the print out all print out really small now and are difficult to see quickly, which has confused us a few times and we have sent out a small card when the customer has requested a full sized greeting card. Points 2 and 3 really could be solved by giving the option to choose the old print out layout I think.
4. A way to change the featured product so I can choose a specific thing would be amazing. As well as a way to make coupon codes for specific products instead of just generalized codes would be great.

Recommendations to other buyers: Barcode compatibility would be nice, as well as a way to add in other products without making them available to the online client would be great. Cash and Debit acceptability is key. Without this I can't use the system for 30% of my orders each month which makes having a second POS system a requirement and having 2 POS systems is a nightmare for year end.
