“Extreme Reach - Great customer service”

ProsI've used extreme reach for commercial trafficking, closed captioning, and srt file creation. They're a great company to work with and often push rush orders in for me and work late nights in order to meet tight deadlines.
ConsIn all honesty, I have not had any issues working with Extreme Reach.

“Con: NOT Intuitive, Pro: Sends Spots Everywhere”

OverallI used Extreme Reach at a previous company to traffic TV spots. The tool is actually incredibly difficult to figure out how to use the first time you do it. Once you've used it a few times it definitely gets better but it's really not intuitive at all. It is much better than in the past when you had to traffic spots to different stations using different formats but it's still not incredibly easy to use. On the upside, their customer service is incredible and they even waived some late fees for me a few times I was having technical difficulties.

“Big NOPE”

ProsLoved the customer service you get but after all is said and done they didn't really help my business grow
