It has freed up so much time that it previously took for me to manually balance our bank statements. The fact that is works along with our software and does the work for me is amazing. I love that it catches the transactions that are not matching up. This has save us money because Rynoh finds it quickly, where as in the past, we didn't know until the customer called saying their loan was not paid off, or they hadn't received their funds. In turn, this would cost us not only the feeling of poor service, but extra days of interest owed on the loans that were a loss to our company. This program has definitely saved us time and money. Pros I love that it tells me every day what has gone in/out of our account. This is very important as we send wires that are time sensitive. It costs us daily if a wire does not go out of our account. The ease of monthly reconciliation has been life changing. The amount of items on our statement would take me hours and sometimes days if there were errors to be corrected. Rynoh has save me so much time/money. Cons I don't know how to fix things that have been marked incorrectly. It seems like it takes me a lot of time to kind of play around with the menu items to find what I am looking for. I also do not understand when I reconcile the statement and it matches that I will get an email later in the month asking me to approve it when I thought I already had. I'm not sure if some changes were made or if that is just the norm. Pros Makes reconciliation quick and easy. I know exactly how much I have and if each of my files are in balance with just a click of my mouse. Cons Cannot think of any negatives. When I started to use the software to balance against my bank accounts, the dates used by Rynoh did not correspond with my bank statements. One call to customer service and that issue was resolved! We have had a few fraudulent checks cashed and Rynoh alerted us to it the very next morning. The Customer Service Dept. is absolutely the BEST ! Pros It is relatively easy to use and navigate. We receive our reports faithfully EVERY morning and if we do not it is because of the bank not Rynoh. Cons I actually inherited the Rynoh report from a semi- retiring employee so the only con that I can think of is that I do not have full information that I would need to fully utilize Rynoh as she still does the Reconciliation. report etc... However, whenever I need help I call customer service and they are AWESOME ! Pros I am able to see all of my daily transactions in one software and I use this software more than having to go into my actual bank account. Cons I sometimes have difficulty in matching items, but that is not at the fault of the software. My last underwriting audit was really quick and easy because I use RynohLive. My auditor didn't need me to email or upload a lot of things because they could just log in to RynohLive, with my permission of course, and see the escrow account and my files. Really a time saver! Pros I started using RynohLive when I first learned of it several years ago from FNTICO, my underwriting title company, for my escrow reconciliations and positive pay alternative. I close about 100 real estate transaction per month and RynohLive has made reconciling the escrow account a breeze! Typically less than 10 minutes a day to reconcile or discover discrepancies to correct them before any financial loss is realized. Cons It is a little struggle to coordinate my banks positive and RynohLive but once it is working together I can't live without it so don't give up. Reasons for choosing RynohLive It was the only platform I was aware of at the time and now I love it. They made sure our company got the most out of their product. Pros Before we used Rynoh we had pen and paper recons every night at the end of the day. Now I can just log in, match up our items and see a full reconciliation of our account each morning. This saves time, and time is money! Cons The filters parameters are a little hard to follow. I have also ALWAYS had amazing customer service, and that is a hard thing to say about any company, so whoever's in charge of your hiring and training, and of course the people themselves, they are all doing excellent work! Pros I like being able to search through for specific transactions, often we have items that are same amount/same day but different files and this makes it much easier to go back and find a mistakenly matched item if needed. I also really like being able to sort by all the different columns, and the match multiple option (we only use that for one account but it's still really nice). Cons I really wish there was a manual sync/pull to our software so I don't have to wait ten minutes for a correction I just made, and also, while I understand that Rynoh just pulls in the morning for the day before, I really really would love to see (at least maybe as an option?) the pull also happen same day, even if it was just to 1 or 2pm, so that I could catch any mistakes same day. I know logically it doesn't make sense since there's the day before pull right away in the morning, but sometimes trying to get ahold of someone a full day after (I'm thinking bank mistakes where they deposit or w/d a wire incorrectly from our account is what I deal with probably the most) can be a little difficult. One of the files was $43,000 dollars short and when I asked the closer about it she had to track down where the check was. She had mistakenly tossed it in her shred! That would have never been found it I didn't have RynohLive to catch that the file was not in balance with the bank. Pros The fact that every file is balanced every day! Instead of waiting until the end of the month to try and balance the books. RynohLive is wonderful!!! Cons nothing comes to mine a this time. I love this product it has saved me a lot of time and headache!! Saves us so much time to work on bigger things. Cons There are some very small issues with reading incoming wires, some manual matching but it's minimal.
