In less than 10 minutes a day I can balance my escrow account. The software alerts me of potential fraudulent check issues before my bank does. It is simply a great tool. Pros Escrow monitoring through Morning Report allow me to quickly and easily reconcile my escrow account on a daily basis. Cons This software does a great job of allowing me to quickly and easily maintain my escrow account. I have not had an issue with it in the years of using the software. No complaints. March 18, 2022 5.0 I am very pleased with RynohLive. Customer service has always been helpful and would go above and beyond to help me with any issues I encountered. Customer service also helped me with a complicated installment with my bank using positive pay and it is now integrated and working great! Pros This software has helped me tremendously when it came to reconciling my 2 escrow accounts. I typically would have taken almost 2 or 3 hours to reconcile using QuickBooks. My underwriting Rep \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] recommended that we use this software and it was the best idea ever! Cons I have no dislikes. This software cut my time by more than half when I use to reconcile through QuickBooks. Reason for choosing RynohLive referred to me by my underwriting rep at Old republic - \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] Switched from [QuickBooks Desktop](https://www.capterra.com/p/212058/QuickBooks-Desktop-Pro/) I was always having issues with my accounting in Quickbooks and labeling certain items were very complicated. My audits with my underwriter always had issues. Now with RynohLive, I don't even have to bother to send my reports to my underwriter, as Rynoh handles that for me. :-) Review Source GM Gerri M. We are able to correct issues quickly and efficiently using the product. Pros The software is extremely user-friendly. I logged in for the first time with no issues and was able to navigate easily through the program. Cons There is sometimes a short time lag when waiting for the system to update so that you can "clear" an exception. This is not a huge problem but more of a nuisance. Review Source JG Jennifer G. Pros I love the daily reports into my inbox, especially the morning report. We can immediately be alerted to keep our files up to date and if there are any balances that are out of order. I also love that I can provide direct access to my underwriters to pull the reports they need, which saves us time on manually pulling reports for them. Cons Honestly, I find everything to be easy to use and easy to train new staff on. Overall, it is a good product at a good price. I Highly recommend! Pros Rynoh Live offers daily tracking of my trust accounts, which is very valuable in today's world of high-tech scammers. It also offers so many features with very helpful and friendly customer support staff. One of the best things about Rynoh is that it didn't take a lot of time or extra effort to get linked to our accounts. Cons The only downside that I can really see to Rynoh Live is that it comes with a bit of a learning curve until you get used to it. I probably should not consider that as a downside because any new software will require a learning curve. Attorney Law Practice Used the software for: 2+ years ### "It has greatly simplified my Trust Accounting" March 10, 2022 5.0 I absolutely wish I had implemented this system much earlier in my career when other professionals had suggested it to me. It saved me so much of my professional time every month allowing me to do higher level tasks instead of trying to figure out accounting. I love this program and will keep using it for as long as my business is operating. Thank you Rynoh! Pros Every day I get alerts for things to look out for on my account so that steps can be taken immediately to correct errors. I love the daily three way reconcilliation, that makes sure I am on top of making sure everything balances every morning. Sometimes, there may be a transaction that was meant to be sent the day before, that we didn't get to before the end of the day, and Rynoh makes sure we don't let it slip through the cracks. Also, I usually to manually reconcile my accounts at the end of the month and it would take me at least an hour and half, if not longer, no my end of the month reconcilliations are nearly automatic and complete in less then five minutes. Cons I don't really have anything negative to say. I did have an issue with a backup of my accounting software that through my balances on Rynoh off. Tech support needed me to unreconcile backwards for about a year which was time consuming, but the rep stayed on the phone with me during the process, and at the end everything was fixed like it was shiny and new. But honestly, This was more of an issue on my side and although an inconvenience, Rynoh helped me all the way through the fix. Review Source MT Michelle T. The employees at Rynoh have also been responsive and helpful with any issues that have arisen or to answer any questions I or an agent might have. Pros Title Insurance agency owners, managers, and underwriter auditors find Rynoh an effective tool for monitoring the company's activity and protecting the company from losses. As a title insurance underwriter auditor, I can tell if an agent is finding and remediating issues such as uncleared deposits and negative files in a timely manner. I can also tell if the closers or processors are sending out the payoffs quickly. In addition to the health and caretaking of the fiduciary accounts, I can also see if the agent is performing other Best Practices such as recording documents quickly and remitting to the underwriter within timeframes. Manager and owners can perform the same reviews that I do in order to mitigate losses increase productivity as well as effectively monitor operations. Cons The only downfall to having a service like Rynoh is that users can get complacent; reconciliation issues such as outstanding deposits and negative files not being reviewed and remediation quickly. This is not an issue with Rynoh, rather a testament to how well it does its job. Users can become lulled into not reviewing the very vital information that the Rynoh reports generate. March 22, 2022 4.0 I've enjoyed using Rynoh, I think it actually improved my interaction with my own software, and understanding the bank to software interaction better. I have also ALWAYS had amazing customer service, and that is a hard thing to say about any company, so whoever's in charge of your hiring and training, and of course the people themselves, they are all doing excellent work! Pros I like being able to search through for specific transactions, often we have items that are same amount/same day but different files and this makes it much easier to go back and find a mistakenly matched item if needed. I also really like being able to sort by all the different columns, and the match multiple option (we only use that for one account but it's still really nice). Cons I really wish there was a manual sync/pull to our software so I don't have to wait ten minutes for a correction I just made, and also, while I understand that Rynoh just pulls in the morning for the day before, I really really would love to see (at least maybe as an option?) the pull also happen same day, even if it was just to 1 or 2pm, so that I could catch any mistakes same day. I know logically it doesn't make sense since there's the day before pull right away in the morning, but sometimes trying to get ahold of someone a full day after (I'm thinking bank mistakes where they deposit or w/d a wire incorrectly from our account is what I deal with probably the most) can be a little difficult. It has freed up so much time that it previously took for me to manually balance our bank statements. The fact that is works along with our software and does the work for me is amazing. I love that it catches the transactions that are not matching up. This has save us money because Rynoh finds it quickly, where as in the past, we didn't know until the customer called saying their loan was not paid off, or they hadn't received their funds. In turn, this would cost us not only the feeling of poor service, but extra days of interest owed on the loans that were a loss to our company. This program has definitely saved us time and money. Pros I love that it tells me every day what has gone in/out of our account. This is very important as we send wires that are time sensitive. It costs us daily if a wire does not go out of our account. The ease of monthly reconciliation has been life changing. The amount of items on our statement would take me hours and sometimes days if there were errors to be corrected. Rynoh has save me so much time/money. Cons I don't know how to fix things that have been marked incorrectly. It seems like it takes me a lot of time to kind of play around with the menu items to find what I am looking for. I also do not understand when I reconcile the statement and it matches that I will get an email later in the month asking me to approve it when I thought I already had. It has been instrumental in ensuring this information is passed seamlessly without users having to download files from the bank and upload them into the software. Rynoh does this automatically behind the scenes. In addition, the interactive reports allow users to match bank transactions with the production software quickly and easily without having to jump back and forth between programs. All of this allows us to reconcile our accounts daily with minimal manpower. We also have the automatic reports engaged to send users regular reports with the status of uncleared checks or undisbursed funds. Cons Setup is fairly easy with Rynoh, however we have a ZBA account structure and it would be nice to be able to input that information when new accounts are created in Rynoh. It would be helpful to input which account to use for incoming transactions vs outgoing transactions and it we would like daily vs monthly reconciliation when new accounts are setup.
