I've loved using Rynoh. Our accounts are constantly being reconciled so I can see things in live time. I love the report emails that our staff get so they can reconcile their files, especially stale checks.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use this product and that it is constantly reconciling.

Cons

I haven't had any issues. The only thing I would suggest would be to make some of the alert emails stand out more, they look a little generic and can be easily overlooked.

I do all the trust accounting for a large, non-affiliated title company with 7 offices.

Pros

It saves a lot of time compared to my old way of reconciling. It is also very easy to use. If you need to call in to customer service, they are great to help you almost immediately.

Cons

There were a few hiccups when setting up with the banks, but they were overcome pretty quickly.

Absolutely Awesome

Pros

Rynoh is very user friendly. It gives you control to set your perimeters on what to audit and watch for checks clearing, deposits outstanding, etc. It has saved us time and prevented fraud !

Cons

I like everything about Rynoh and I really can't think of anything I found to be a problem

I am able to catch details pertaining to my bank account earlier than if I have to wait to reconcile my bank account on a monthly basis.

Pros

I am able to see all of my daily transactions in one software and I use this software more than having to go into my actual bank account.

Cons

I sometimes have difficulty in matching items, but that is not at the fault of the software.

RynohLive has saved our company many team member hours to reconcile accounts, solve questions of mistakes in deposits. Also it is so easy to set up new accounts and be reconciling the same month of new accounts being opened.

We are able to pull several reports such as files that are showing negative balance, funds that still showing in the file from a certain period, year, month, and date.

Pros

The product is very easy to use. Easy to keep track of transaction within the banks. The layout out of the website is clean and organized, each box is used with intent.

Cons

Be able to provide a "transaction history" to within a ledger, to determine why or how the account is negative or over than what it shows in the account.

Pros

ability to finish daily and monthly recons in minutes. The fact that it keeps me current on stale dated items

Cons

none that i can think of, everything flows so easily and efficient.

No more manual reconciliations for us, Rynoh does it daily, hourly, whatever cadence your bank will allow. Saves us so much time to work on bigger things.

There are some very small issues with reading incoming wires, some manual matching but it's minimal.

We have had a really good experience with RynohLive. Their Customer Support is excellent. Unlike some companies their support is American based and their agents are very knowledgeable.

Pros

The reconciliation feature saves so much time.

Cons

The Escheat reporting. I have to manually manipulate it.

RynohLive helps create accountability for our trust account to ensure that we balance and that there is no "missing" monies.

Pros

RynohLive helps us make sure that we know about any errors in our trust account in time for them to managed before becoming a problem. It integrates seamlessly with our production software, so we don't have to do any manual upload. It helps us meet our required policy metrics.

Cons

The only thing I'd like is a manual refresh on our trust accounting software connection when I fix an error so I can see it drop off our reports right away.
