Pros: Inexpensive, easy to set up online phone system which gives a professional face to your company. Forwards to mobile phones and allows employees to work from various locations.

Cons: Outbound call feature is greatly lacking, especially if your wi-fi connection is not extremely strong. Per minute fee on calls might also be prohibitive depending on your calling patterns. Integration with CRM is negligent.

Overall: For a starter phone system, it is OK. Likely that we will grow out of it as business grows.
