Thank you for the review Edward. just to respond to some of your points. You can import a block of sales or purchase invoices into QB. If you advise the format that QB requires we can look at creating you a template (at a cost) to match so the import is a very speedy process. The shop floor data collection works on any device and the system can work on a tablet through a virtual browser. Although the screens can be difficult to read on a tablet, it is usable.

Very quickly became an essential part of our operation.

Pros: As a small polythene manufacturer, we found it very difficult to find a cost effective solution to manage our erp/mrp needs. We trialled virtually everything on the market and found them expensive or just to big. Statii does everything we need, simply. New starters and inexperienced operators have been able to learn the software very quickly.

Cons: Interface could do with some modernising. We are looking at some modifications and would like the facility to change reports and layouts although the guys at statii are more than willing to help with this.

Overall: It has literally changed the way we work in the office. Not only that we very quickly identified several orders which were actually losing money going through the factory. Paid for itself in a matter of weeks.

Since implementing,the system has greatly reduced repetitive manual tasks & improved our efficiency

Pros: The user interface, ease of use, functionality, reports, streamlining business processes, professional looking customer facing documents and the friendly support team who are always on hand to assist with any queries, in a friendly, patient and professional manner

Pros: The customer support is excellent. They cater the system to your needs and always explain exactly how to use the system properly. I am new to the system but it was super easy to learn and it fits the needs of our small company perfectly.

Cons: I have found no "Cons" with this software. The software is easy to use and provides the information we need for our company.

Overall: It provides the information we need in an easy to use format.

Pros: I particularly like the latest update/addition in the internal costs section, it is now so much easier to add extra operations and put them into the correct order with the movement feature.

Cons: Sometimes difficult/not possible to delete information (for example suppliers/old customers).
It is frustrating when it crashes, this tends to happen if I have lots of Enquiries/Sales Orders/Invoices etc. open across the top.

Deleting records isn't great practise which is why we mark them inactive, so they don't appear in dropdowns etc but are still there in the background as there may be records linked. With regards to the crashing, let us know the next time it happens as the system is very stable at the moment.

Pros: cloud based, easy to use

Cons: none really as it is constantly being updated.
the only couple of things are (for us at least); customer purchase order number on the job card and our raw material purchase order number on the job card.

Overall: We moved to Statii just 5 months ago from a bespoke system we had had for over 20 years which we had outgrown. We found the system gave us as much and more than we were used to with regards to functionality and reporting. The easy of trace-ability from enquiry through to invoice is just a few clicks rather than routing through files.
We have encountered a few issues though, which maybe can be changed on a review of the system? They are:
1- the purchase order for material to be on the job card
2 - the customers purchase order to be on the job card
3- the ability to change a price after an item has had a delivery note raised and that price come through to the invoice correctly.
After reading other peoples comments, I concur with the following finding from another user;
I have found in everyday use, that since the last up-date features in estimating are now locked once converted,, this in our experience is causing an issue, for instance as all information is pulling from estimate, for job travlers ect. any changes to a part number can now not be entered in a converted estimate... so for instance a repeat job will now not be able to be used unless a new part is created, making repeat work (if a change has been made) difficult.

As we are fairly new to the system, we are still finding our feet and haven't used the reporting side of it very much as yet.

All in all though, the system is good and easy to use for any sub-contract machine shop who needs to streamline their operations, and I would whole heartedly recommend it.

The chaps at Statii are really good with customer service and nothing is too much trouble. I really like the ongoing updates too which are included in the monthly rental of the system.

The only issue we have found - as a negative - is that if your internet is down or slow, then so it Statii .

Pros: instant views on performance

Cons: if you lose internet connection...... you lose STATII until you re-connect

Overall: we have been using STATII now since the beginning of 2013. it helps us keep track of how we are doing with regards to time, which ultimately gives us instant reviews on profits/losses on any particular job.
our shopfloor staff use tablets via WIFI to log in/out . log onto/off jobs.
we can compare performance on previous orders to see how we are performing.
the only thing to do, is make sure you use a standard format for ordering materials from your suppliers - this will make it much easier to compare how much material prices are fluctuating and searching for previous purchase orders.

Pros: ease of using the main screen

Overall: At this time we are in a transitional phase of learning the program and teaching other users how to use its functionality as part of a cross functional effort.
Some of the opportunities may be from lack of transitional effort.

Pros: It has the most important features for a job shop. Also when we have encountered problems, Statii has either explained the work around or changed the software quickly.
The shop floor data collection is very effective.

Cons: A small irritant, when you want to reuse a part while costing, the field is so small you cannot find the correct part if many start with a similar name. The field length for the display should be the same as the field for the part description.

Overall: We chose Statii because it had the essential features we needed without the complexity of features that were not important to us. It has given us feedback on our quoting accuracy which has informed the person quoting about what true time requirements are. Our internal shop procedures have also been improved.

Recommendations to other buyers: Implement quoting first, but don't wait too long before bringing on shop floor data collection.

Pros: Its tailored to manufacturing by manufacturers

Cons: Standard report exporting could be better, but Statii are constantly evolving and improving the software

Overall: After spending countless hours looking for a good fit for our manufacturing business, Statii looked like a good option. A subscription model appealed, but the most important benefit for me was that I would be dealing with people experienced in manufacturing. So rather than getting a one size fits all software package - this was a package created specifically for manufactures. We have started to roll out the software now and the initial experience is more than encouraging. The guys at Statii truly do understand the issues encountered in manufacturing and are very responsive when it comes to queries. I would recommend Statii

Comments: We have been using Statii for about 5 months and are delighted we made the decision to go with it. There is a lot involved with in-putting all your existing data but its well worth getting it right from the beginning. There were plenty of calls for help in the early days but the support was brilliant. We have now gotten to the stage that we are seeing the benefits and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

there is one suggestion that you might take a look at. When doing an inquiry it would be great to be able to change the order of the line items. Is this something you could look at in future updates

Cons: We should have found Statii sooner !

Overall: We have been using Statii since approximately May of 2016 and we couldn't be more pleased. The software is very easy to learn and understand, the customer support is simply outstanding, especially since we are in the US. If we have a question it is usually answered in less than 24 hours ( thanks Mark ! )

While Statii is basically for the machining / manufacturing industry, we have adapted it to work in our lapping and grinding department, with excellent results.

One of the benefits of Statii is that it lets you still run your business YOUR way, while many of the ERP systems available make you run things their way.

All in all we completely satisfied with the performance and value of Statii !

Pros: Inventory is very good.
Checking in for works orders and calculating hours is very good.

Cons: Many clicks that could be skipped.
We make our job calculation first in excel (based on price list); then we fill it in to Enquiry just to make a Works Order. It is a little time consuming, but we have found no way yet to do it more efficiently.

Overall: The main issue for us was inventory handling and Statii Team made this perfect.
Some steps have potential to become more time-saving (less clicks), but in general software works very well and is easy to learn for all staff members. Communication and assistance is the best. Pricing and flexibility is very good. We can easily observe which material and how much of if was used for the project; how many hours were spent on the project; see our project-based cost and profit. End of the month we take report how many working hours each employee has spent and calculate salaries according to that. Considering the updates constantly made, the software is becoming better and better.

Comments: We started trials with this system on October 2016 and spent approximately three months inputting data for our products and suppliers. During this time we had a number of working party sessions to see how this was going to fit in our current processes and what enhancements it would bring to our manufacturing operation. Early in December we did a parallel run alongside our existing system to iron out issues with regards to the differences between Statii and our current system. We went live in January and on the whole everything went well. We decided to attend a training session at Statii offices for the four main users in March just to review where we were, if there were any easier ways to achieve certain things and to get some general feedback on how they thought we were doing. This was very positive, we were well received and best of all we looked at our system live to review current orders, stock and processes.

Overall: We have been using STATII for over a year now. We have found it to very easy to learn and implement throughout our organization. We currently have 10 users and 30 shop employees. I have tried many other programs over the years, but they were not user friendly and in many cases made it harder than it should be to get things done. Our business moves at a fast speed and things are constantly changing on the fly. STATII is very flexible and helps keeps things SIMPLE and running smoothly.

Comments: Coming from a shop floor as a machinist to a sales environment Statti has helped me immensely in quoting up and coming jobs. The costings can be broken down by each operation that may be used on the shop floor and the cost of that operation. Very good software for the money.

Pros: The Quotation section because that's where I spend most of my day.

Cons: Having to load up the Data initially.

Overall: The first 4 months using statii has gone very well indeed. Our Company MAAS Ltd based in Cork southern Ireland (Precision Engineering mixing Batch production with Jobbing) had been using another system previous to this but we found that it was not able to deliver cleanly and easily the reports and data we required to analyse the business
Statii has changed all that dramatically and now we can look at Jobs on a real time basis and if they are running over budget we can get on it right away.
We can analyse production cost versus quotes which was one of the main reasons for switching. We can monitor Staff more easily using the shop floor devices we Know who's doing what at any particular time. We can see the availability of Equipment at any time using the schedule component of statii and for me the main quotation man, these facilities are invaluable.
We have transitioned very cleanly to Statii and I must admit the customer service is top class
and they have been more than willing at all times to tweak and nudge the package to suit us.
The shop floor devices we used were mid priced Tablets on a wifi system and we have these at fixed locations on the factory floor. The staff use these to Clock in and out each day and to log on to the various jobs. Works very well.
Job set up and preparation is fast and efficient and purchasing materials is a doddle but
best of all is the inventory management system built in to statii. We Know exactly what we have in stock for inventory and non inventory items to monthly stock to consumables.
I would rate this Package the most suitable package I could find for the business we're in
and i sampled 3 others in the same category.

Over all i'd have to say a very worth while exercise.

Comments: I have been a user for six months. I operate in a sales role in my organization. I use the CRM and quoting functions primarily and love the product. We could use an internal note field that does not appear on the quotation to post notes for internal counterparts during the quoting process and for future reference. I was not involved in the costing so have no opinion there so I gave 3 stars as a neutral.

Mark, Thanks for taking the time to review Statii. Have you tried using the diary function? This is very good for setting tasks for other users that can relate to any document in the system, or just a general reminder. The beauty of communicating through Statii is there is a full history and only the recipient can mark the task as done. The red and black indicator on the diary button on the dashboard relate just to the individual user. If you would like to know more about this function, just drop one on the team here a line.

Pros: Ease of use and how ease it is to progress an order through.

Cons: Initial set up times with the amount of information needed are a headache, but unavoidable.

Overall: Statii is a great way to organise and track through your workflow. We've found that once the initial information is on the system it's simple to move through from sales order to invoicing, via production and inventory, with very little further input being needed. It easily creates professional looking paperwork and then allows you to email it out with a single click. Very useful tool that helps collect all the necessary information into one place.

Recommendations to other buyers: You've got to take the time to plan the information you need to put into it, or you'll either miss things or add too much.

Overall: Statii has allowed us to look at moving the business forward by providing a clear work flow from start to finish.
From quote to scheduling the structure has allowed all within the business to benefit. It has helped to improve profitability and given us the luxury of looking at the business properly to see how we take it to the next level.
We see Statii being integral in allowing the business to achieve its potential.

Pros: Its many features, still learning how to use to its full potential

Cons: Would like to be able to delete things, as when we first used Statii we inputted some information that we now would like to change or re arrange, the active/non active button is useful but would be nice to be able to delete info. Work orders if we change the machine the part is on it would be nice to just change the name in the operation bar instead of marking it complete and added another.

Overall: We have used Statii fo about 3 months, It has really helped plan our manufacturing side of the business. We are still learning about what Statii has to offer in full as it has lots of features that we are not fully using to there full potential. The customer service side of things are excellent, if we have a query we just ring up and get the issue sorted out straight away.

Recommendations to other buyers: More than happy with Statii, be nice when I feel one hundred percent confident with all aspects of the software.

Thank you for the review Justine. We have purposely made certain things not deleteable, as this helps to keep traceability. On the subject of changing a work centre quickly on a Works order, this can now be done simply be putting it in edit mode. This will only be allowed if no time entries have been added.

Comments: I find the system very easy to use, our Company requirements are unique and it seems to work well for us, we have had a few hiccups but these have been resolved quite quickly by your support team. I always find the support easy to contact and I like the way you are able to log in to my system and help/rectify and problems I have. All in all a good product.

Pros: How easy it is if jobs are repetitive to search for price history. It makes billing customer less time consuming as everything is linked.

Cons: If you make a mistake it can be confusing to make changes to correct.

Overall: Statii system makes quoting to invoicing all link up. It is easy to search for any detail about a part or job simple. Tracking employee time is great as well.

Recommendations to other buyers: Customer service is really great. If you call or send an email with any questions it is responded to right away.

Overall: Having looked for a considerable time for an affordable MRP style system and frankly failed, I came across Statii and almost immediately started to think it might work for us, it offered features and functions that we were looking for but at a monthly affordable cost. On looking further in to it the chaps at Statii were mega helpful and we quickly decided to take it on board, as the cost was fairly low in the overall scheme of things we thought nothing ventured nothing gained, if we didnt like it then we could simply stop using it. Once we started to use it, within a matter of weeks it had become a part of our daily lives and was easily integrated in to what we do, its saved many hours of repeat works, given great visibility across the various functions, and now, about 6 months in were loving it at many levels, its eaxctly what we were looking for.

Pros: Ease of use, customer service and aesthetically pleasing

Cons: Cost to medium sized business might need to be addressed

Overall: Our intitial venture into ERP/MRP steered us towards Statii as it was attractive in its appearance and somewhat simplistic but current looking dashboard made for a good base.
The cost of running this system from the outset was affordable and well placed for the smaller business but as our business has grown and we have more and more users requiring access to the system we are now at a point where other systems are getting a look in based upon a one off cost with a maintenance cost or business specific requirements. That aside the customer service is good and this is a great system that requires little training and is a great partner in your small business.

Overall: Overall a very good system, but does have occasional problems and if system is down, there is no way of doing anything from enquiries to invoices and as a small business this could lose us an irreplaceable order. If there was something like a back up page we could download on our desktops as a temporary way of sending info to customers this would be fantastic. Customer service however is excellent and would recommend to any other businesses.

Thanks for the review Nichola. We agree, one of the very few downsides to the cloud is if you drop connection locally, which is obviously something that is outside our control. However a 3G dongle that plugs into your PC is a very inexpensive solution that may be worth you exploring to allow you to continue working on these odd occasions.

Pros: We have found it to be simple to use, but yet an extremely powerful tool. It has been well thought out and almost feels bespoke to our business. Training and support have been excellent. Pros: We have found this software extremely useful. It has allowed us to produce, check and manage files with ease. Jobs that were once very time consuming are now being completed in a matter of minutes. The software is very user friendly which guides you step by step. If there have been any problems with any apsects of it then members of staff have resolved the issue within minutes.

Pros: Personally I struggle with systems in general, but knowing that there was always a friendly helpful ( usually one of the Mark's in my experience ) on the other end of the phone to talk me through, or even better Team viewer me through my minor troubles It's easy to use and gives a great overview of what's going on. Its easy to look up information as customers telephone in and their job is easily traced. Click a button you can see who has worked on or working on any particular project. So if accountability and traceability are important this system is great.

Cons: It requires all employee's on board, if not it gets messy and you end up chasing them so more work for office staff if they don't comply :-(. works very well if your company makes standard items, we're a Fabrication company if the workers go off piste and use material that was different to that which is specified you are at their mercy if they tell you or not, this however not a software issue , just an annoyance.

Pros: As an engineering project management tool it fulfils our expectations from costing to end of project analysis. Profitability of projects are constantly updated during the manufacturing process, material ordering is controlled, manufacturing labour costs are updated on a day to day basis.

Cons: Inability to interface the system with our company accounting package Sage.

Recommendations to other buyers: Interfacing with Sage would be a massive step forward and I'm sure would be taken up by many more companies if it was available.

Pros: Ease of use, fully integrated system. You cannot cheat the system you have to fully complete all forms which can sometimes be a pain but in the long run is perfect.

Overall: We needed to upgrade our ERP system, spent a long time reviewing many systems. Statii appeared to have all functionality we required. Under went a trial which was extremely useful to evaluate system. With statii staff product knowledge being second to none... none of our questions felt stupid and non of the staff were pushy. After deciding to use statii the staff were there at all times to give in depth training at our pace and still today continue to contact us to ensure we are getting the best use from our system.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you want a fully functioning system that is a good all rounder this is the one for you.

Cons: No facility for request for quotations from suppliers. Not obvious latest drawing used from system - lists all so have to look at each.

Useful feedback under the Cons heading Judith - thank you. On the RFQ matter from suppliers, the costings can now be exported and the idea behind that is this gives the user a full breakdown of all items to be quoted. This export can be sent to potential suppliers. On the drawing issue - there is a free type box at the side of each drawing attachment. Many of our clients use this to record what the file is, for example, assembly drawing, others like to use this field to type in Revision B. We would be happy to show you both these solutions.

Pros: Easy to add information as you go. Very clear and precise layout. Also you can use the software quickly and easily if you are a small firm, or if your company and staff base is larger, the whole system can be utilised to a much higher level.

Cons: We've had a couple of days of downtime due to system upgrades but no real downsides as the staff are always on hand to explain any problems.

Overall: Statii have been very helpful from the minute we first contacted them about using the software. It is very easy to use and after the initial day of loading in customer and supplier data we were up and running.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take your time to put in your initial data. The more data you put into it the more it works for you further down the line.

Glen, firstly our apologies for the couple of times the server has been down. The last time the infrastructure was really stretched was 'Black Friday' Christmas 2014, but I think that the entire UK ground to a halt online that day We are constantly looking at improving up time and issues such as mirroring back ups. Pros: Statii was easy to set up and get started using right away. After using for a couple of years now it makes it easier to track all aspects of jobs going through the shop. From initial inquiry from a customer to final invoice. If it is a repeat order or same part # but different quantity it is very easy to look this information up and adjust the prices for differing quantities.

Cons: There is not much to not like about the software in my experience.

Recommendations to other buyers: Any time there have been any issues that I did not understand about the software and I put in a call or email to Statii I get a response back in minutes not hours or days like some other software that I use.

John, as you know we take customer feedback very seriously and have had an API for accounts integration on the agenda for a long time. The issue we have is the 100's of different accounts products and versions out there. What may be useful is to provide us with a csv* template on how Sage wants the information laying out for importing and we can set you up a bespoke template to allow you to import 'blocks' of Sales and purchase invoices. This is something we have been working on for clients using Xero.

Cons: Upon request, does not poor me a glass of Rioja!................yet!!!!

Overall: Like many other company's we didn't have time to help ourselves. So busy satisfying customers requirements we forgot about our own. Our organisation and systems needed addressing and quickly.
Finding Statii after trawling through other ERP systems was such a relief.
As well as having an almost tailored to fit system, it has the added advantage of data collection. This allows all projects to be constantly policed and managed so that ALL goals are satisfied.

Overall: To be honest I only use the Sales Ordering & Invoicing side of Statii which I find very easy to use - I haven't had any training on the software and I still find it easy - although I can never remember how to cancel parts - but that's me not Statii.

Pros: Statii was designed with the small job shop in mind. It is simple to understand and use, plus the support is outstanding. We are using Statii in our grinding / lapping department. While not specifically designed for the job shop service industry, we have adapted it and it is working exceptionally well. There has always been a need for a relatively simple software for the job shop industry and while many of the competitors make excellent software's, sometimes they are just too much for a small shop. Statii, while more than powerful for most job shop applications is still very easy to use.

Cons: So far we have absolutely no complaints. We were a little concerned initially about the software being "Cloud" based, we have not had any downtime at all !

Recommendations to other buyers: Spend some time talking with the people at Statii, they ( Rebecah Reutimann ) are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the industry and the software.

Cons: nothing love the product and vender customer service is spot on.

Comments: The only con is to begin with there is quite a bit of work getting everything inputted. However it is well worth the time it takes as once everything is set up the product is super zippy.

In just minutes you are from quote to sales order to confirmation... The simplicity of this product is its strength for all users.

Comments: We are a pipe & fittings company, and I was given the task of finding a software program that would fit every imaginable need. Previously we had nothing, so this was a giant leap for us. I found Statii and after doing a LOT of homework we felt this was the right program for us. We're still in the rolling out phase and we're still learning, but this software really handles the myriad aspects of dealing with our customers and orders. The Statii guys prepared me for everything I could expect during this phase, and they were accurate. They are extremely helpful and there for me whenever I need it, even with the enormous time difference (USA- England). It's a joy to deal with them and I'm quite happy I found them.

Comments: We use this programme in conjunction with our own spread-sheets.
We do not need to harvest our financial data from Statti so I cannot comment on that but I do find myself looking at the running totals for each job.
It is very good that every function of the business is working from a central point

Probably a perfect fit for us as a small business with 25 employees.

Comments: We got this software to make purchasing, quotation and costing more efficient for our engineering company. We needed something more fluid, user friendly and most importantly productive.

Comments: I cant say enough about the enquiry building in Statii. I am more confident and turn quotes around faster than ever. I can have materials and tools ordered, work orders printed, machines scheduled, order confirmation sent with in a few minutes of receiving a PO all within .

In the future, I would love to see some integration with Quickbooks.

Comments: Having used Statii in a previous business I had no doubts it was the correct thing for my new business venture. My company designs, manufactures and services lifting equipment as well as supplying spares just in time. A system that manages all this gets a huge thumbs up from me.
The inventory really keeps a tight control on all this. As we grow I know I wont need to be worrying about out growing any processes as they are all in place.

Comments: As a father and son steel fabrication business we had known for years that the 'paperwork' side of our business was poor. We would often miss invoicing for work we had done and tracking at what stage jobs were and if we had ordered goods from suppliers as well as tracking down relevant drawings was a complete nightmare.
It's no exaggeration to say that Statii has completely transformed our business for the better.
We thought for years that our business was too small for a system like this and that we didn't have the time to work on software. We actually have more time available now through being more organised and the system pays for itself many times over.
ANY SMALL ENGINEERING COMPANY LOOKING FOR A TOOL LIKE THIS WOULD BE MAD NOT TO LOOK AT STATII.......

Comments: Although Statii makes the quoting process very detailed, the adjunct operations are somewhat inflexible. For example- there is no way to "lock" in pricing when the quantity of an item is changed when you copy a quote. It automatically adjusts the costing in the new quote and then you have to make adjusting entries to get back to the original unit sell price. Also, I found when generating an in-process list the descriptions and quantities are not shown when the work order is a "grouped" order.

Comments: Statii has allowed us to quickly and easily prepare complicated quotes. This is especially helpful in a custom shop like ours, where a customer may need a menu of possible solutions to choose from. It has allowed us to analyze the performance of our shop versus our expected performance, and to make improvements in both our quoting and our shop procedures. There is always an adjustment period to new procedures, but Statii has proven to be an outstanding tool, and I don't think we are even using the full capabilities of this software, yet.

Comments: I have been looking for software to help our business be better organised. There are plenty of providers to chose from. The problem has been either choose an off the shelf product that doesn't quite do everything you ant it to or spend billions on a bespoke product

But then a supplier suggested Statii. I watched the online tutorial video then had a 1 to 1 chat with Mark or Mark, I can never remember which. I was reassured that there was a way to do everything I needed. Sure, it may take a teak of how I do things but that is probably for the best.

Their support since starting has been fantastic. Every challenge I have posed, they have shown me how to resolve it. I think I might be getting full value from their free initial unlimited support! Every solution they demonstrate is actually very logical and the help is offered in a relaxed yet structured manner without making me feel I am taking their time (yet.....)

There is an little annoying feature and that is if you type in a box and then flick to another screen to confirm the details you are entering, when you come back the existing content is highlighted and is deleted as you start typing the rest (entering a phone number for example)

Everything else has been spot on

Pros: We have been using Statii for just over six months. We wanted a system that kept track of spending and hours on jobs, that did not cost the earth and were easy to use. We have also made a few requests to change the way Statii can be used. and they have been able to accommodate our requirements. Our job costing and analysis is a lot more accurate and easy with all the necessary information to hand. Comments: Since we have been using Statii we have felt very much more in control of our customers needs. We are capturing all quotes where as before we were missing some sat in our in tray. Once they are accepted we are finding statii great for visibility on the shop floor. The Dashboard is excellent at a quick glance you can spot items that need attention. Customer service is 10/10 when we have a question there is always someone available to help us. We have suggested some small improvements to the route card and time keeping system which have been taken on board. Hopefully we will see them in the next update.

Comments: Had to adapt for our needs. It does require information being entered correctly at the beginning, once this has been achieved the following data is automatically brought through and covers everything from stock to ISO needs. All staff who are using the system need to be compliant so that every step is used correctly. No question asked of the support team was too small, the back up was fully supported by the two' Marks' (Kemp and Thornhill).

In our experience, having a 'half baked' database can almost be as bad as having no database. This is why Statii has been built in this format to almost force people to fill in forms correctly.

Comments: Statii replaced the old CRM system and although I didn't have experience using that one I have used many different kinds over the years and I must say that the functionality of Statii is far superior. As a business we are still in the infancy stages of use but we are extremely pleased with it even though we are probably only using 20% of its capability. The customer service has always been of the highest standard and all feedback it taken on board and you can see this when the upgrades happen as ideas you have put forward are now a functioning option within the system.
We are looking forward to developing our business knowing that Statii gives us all the support that we require.

Comments: All incomings and outgoings all tie together from enquiry to ordering materials and invoicing making the office run smooth on a daily basis.

The only negative I have, is that sometimes the system just kicks us out of the server when in the middle of something.

Comments: Having slowly introduced Statii into our business over a period of 18 months it is now a fundamental part of our day to day life.

Having all the data stored remotely can be an issue if your broadband is down but any business would struggle due to this, for many other systems.

Constant tweaks to the system improve usability as time goes on.

Comments: I like the wizard format, which ensures that you follow the process and don't cut corners. This can take a little longer upfront but pays off later when you have all the required information to hand when reviewing jobs. The developers are responsive and listen to our needs.
Can be a little unforgiving. We had to improve our internal procedures to meet the requirements of the system. Not necessarily a bad thing.

Pros: Statii has given our company the ability to quote more jobs than we¿ve ever quoted before. Everything is now organized in one place. We know exactly what jobs we won and what jobs we lost. We can work as a team rather than independently making everyone¿s job easier and more efficient. In addition, we can get to Statii no matter where we are. The best part is that instead of having a bunch of money in accounts receivable, we have that money in the bank because our ability to invoice has improved so much. Implementing Statii was easy, the learning curve for Statii was low and the customer service was high. When they say that Statii will be self-funding at the end of three months, it¿s really true!

Cons: Although you can export any data you want to Excel and easily make any report you want, Statii has few built in reports. Pretty darn minor for our company. We pretty much like everything about it.

Recommendations to other buyers: Decide what functions you need from the software to solve the problems that your business faces. Don't assume anything, be sure to ask a bunch of questions and have it demonstrated for you. Know what you are paying for and what that really means overtime. Know the hidden costs and the hidden effort, for example if you go with an on-site system you must purchase (cost) and maintain (effort) other things like hardware, operating system, etc. The great thing about Statii in particular is that there is nothing hidden and there are no surprises.

Comments: Designed by guys with a manufacturing background, so solves the problems encountered in day to day manufacturing. The software is extremely low cost and great value for money. It is better than much more expensive alternatives.

The dashboard gives an at-a-glance overview of the current status of the sales and manufacturing pipelines, and the system automates so many tasks it is impossible to outline them here. You will end up with more accurate quotes, very accurate cost accounting, and a precise handle on your business operations from sales through to delivery. It gives a company owner control over every aspect of their manufacturing business.

Comments: The format is extremely user-friendly and gives discipline. Taking the time to correctly input the information at the beginning of the process pays dividends later on. Suitable for unique jobs as well as mass repetition. Gives superb shop floor information and feedback in great detail, as well as a fully streamlined office and shop floor procedure.
Not so much a criticism, but it forces discipline, both in Statii and your own internal systems.
Unlike a lot of other systems, this is created and maintained by people with a manufacturing background. The support at Statii is fantastic, definitely worth giving them a call.

Pros: Statii is easy to use, flows well, and is supported by a great team of engaged, friendly people.

Cons: The colours can take some getting used to, but the Statii team are looking at alternative options!

Recommendations to other buyers: You only get out of Statii what you are prepared to put in! We have been using the software since January (so just under three months) and are not yet using all the functionality. However, although we have adapted some of our working practices slightly to facilitate Statii, the software has helped us to centralise our data and streamline our processing, which is already proving beneficial and was one of the major reasons for looking for a suitable package.

Pros: The format is extremely user-friendly and gives discipline. Taking the time to correctly input the information at the beginning of the process pays dividends later on. Suitable for unique jobs as well as mass repetition. Gives superb shop floor information and feedback in great detail, as well as a fully streamlined office and shop floor procedure.

Cons: Not so much a criticism, but it forces discipline, both in Statii and your own internal systems.

Recommendations to other buyers: Unlike a lot of other systems, this is created and maintained by people with a manufacturing background. The support at Statii is fantastic, definitely worth giving them a call.

Pros: I like the wizard format, which ensures that you follow the process and don't cut corners. This can take a little longer upfront but pays off later when you have all the required information to hand when reviewing jobs. The developers are responsive and listen to our needs.

Cons: Can be a little unforgiving. We had to improve our internal procedures to meet the requirements of the system. Not necessarily a bad thing.

Recommendations to other buyers: Talk to them. They understand the manufacturing industry.

Pros: Statii is a great product all around. It makes simple tasks ten times easier. The home screen is simple, efficient and easy to navigate around. The personnel feature in which you can see who is clocked in to which jobs is also great and beneficial.

Cons: I don't like the fact that it's on a cloud system. Also, there is no manual. A manual is something that would really benefit Statii.

Recommendations to other buyers: Create a manual and also be able to create jobs without an enquiry if needed.

Pros: I like the ease of use and the fact that it generates throughout its programme. The button colour-coding is bright and lets you know when you're behind on jobs, which is very helpful for us in the factory. It's good that we can log in and out of jobs, and it has defined the way our work processes and forecasts are generated.

Cons: Although and the vendor is on hand and only a call away if problems arise, a basic manual would suffice for some. The cloud makes me nervous about privacy.

Pros: It is more comprehensive than any other system we looked at and very much suited to manufacturing companies. It is flexible, and you can use it for the entirety of the job. You can run reports on various aspects helping to monitor KPIs.

Cons: There are certain aspects that don't fit with our business, such as the scheduling aspect; however, this is more of a case of changing our ways and moving on.

Recommendations to other buyers: Look for something that's easy to use, is a fantastic value, has superb support, and is easy to set up. Statii is all of these.

Pros: I really like the system's straightforward colour-coding and that it's simple to use but very powerful, should we need to use more of its functionality. The fact that the developers of the software are from a manufacturing background really helps, as talking about the day-to-day practicabilities of our business is very useful. The team at Statii are very responsive and work hard to build a close working relationship; they often incorporate my suggestions into the software updates at no cost, if they see it being an overall improvement. I think the updates happen approximately twice per year. I think it's great that, for the subscription, you get the whole package and do not have to pay for functions of the systems; you simply use as much or little of it as you want.

Cons: Having a product hosted in the cloud makes me a little nervous, as continuity of the product is a out of my control. However, having explored various software options, this would be a concern with any system. It would be nice if the product handled the accounts function 100%, as opposed to having to export to separate accounts package.

Recommendations to other buyers: Request and watch a demo. I was about to give up on finding a software of this calibre in my budget when I stumbled across Statii.
