Bastante positiva, conseguimos reproduzir no Scopi praticamente todos os KPIs que faziamos em excel anteriormente, inclusive automatizando algumas fórmulas, o que acabou com a diferença de critérios e valores entre departamentos. Hoje os indicadores co-relacionados, estão todos ligados por fórmulas dentro do sistema.

Flexibilidade na criação dos indicadores, podendo customizar exatamente como necessário para a empresa.Abertura por níveis e cálculo automático do BSC

Tempo necessário para a configuração inicial (mas vejo como um mal necessário para viabilizar a flexibilidade desejada)
