It gives you the power to blast your social media timeline with news about your blog posts without looking spammy at the same time. Pros What I love most about about Missinglettr is that it gives you a variety of choices when creating the look of your blog posts' social media shares. It gives you the freedom to design several images plus its automation can sometimes be uncanny. I haven't seen anything like it before! Cons When I first used it, I wasn't so sure what to do next. One of those tool that "just works". Highly recommended. Pros We have used MissingLettr extensively and found the app bug free for whatever we have used till now. - Generates intelligent suggestion for social media posts. - Grab the images automatically from the posts to save time. - Posts can be scheduled on a recurring basis for up to an year's time. Pros Here's what I love: 1. They are constantly improving and updating the platform. 2. It's simple to use. 3. It's powerful tool to have this kind of marketing automation. Cons Here's what I don't love: 1. The only "problem" I found was that if you need to go back and edit something after a campaign has started, it seems to confuse the calendar and restarts the entire campaign rather than just picking it up. It's been a while so perhaps this was corrected. They kept checking back with me till the problem was solved. Pros I love being able to plan out tweets, Facebook, and LinkedIn posts ahead of time. Cons Not much! It works well. Enter Missinglettr, the way it's setup is you're able to re-post and re-purpose your content by setting up and configuring campaigns within Missinglettr so each re-post looks slightly different. I was lucky to get a lifetime deal through AppSumo, but I'd recommend this to clients to use. Cons It's regularly being updated, probably the only "con" would be the limit in concurrent campaigns. It's so easy to do, with an easy to follow setup which I just do at the end of writing each post and then forget it. looking at my Twitter feed I can see that the Missinglettr posts are getting liked, retweeted and I'm getting views to my website too, so it's all good! Pros It's just so easy to set up and use and does exactly what it says on the tin Cons Sometimes the 'quotes' it picks from your blog don't make sense - but that's not a big deal because you don't have to use them in your social media if you don't like them. Pros I really liked the ease of setting up evergreen content to re-share over the course of a year and the ability to choose the posts and platforms to share on. Cons It was time-consuming to fix posts if a link broke or there were other unexpected changes. Pros I love that Missinglettr scrapes the blog posts from my website and automatically pulls the best quotes and snippets for sharing on social media. The interface is easy to use and gives me lots of control in what I post and when it goes live. Having posts be cycled throughout the year is also a super handy feature! I will be able to get more traffic to my sight and a years worth of use from my blog content rather than just a flurry of activity when I first publish. Pros I was able to set up my account (with a minor hiccup that the tech crew solved quickly through email), get some blog posts into the system and scheduled my first night. I was able to review the elements of my first campaign and make a few minor edits and approve the posts my first time working in Missinglettr. I liked the flexibility of being able to change quotes, and images easily. I feel like as I use it more I'll be able to do better at branding and tweaking the posts. Cons I think this is just me but there are a lot of choices for personalizing my posts. It was a little overwhelming for me. I chose to use "simple" streamlined option for my first few posts which I is using the system the way Missinglettr initially populates the posts. I'm not a marketer, and never thought I'd have to be doing so much marketing. But Missinglettr lets me reach multiple platforms with a few quick clicks, keeping my brand's name out there. Pros With Missinglettr every blog post can potentially be fed out to SM platforms throughout the course of a year. I feed my posts out to 2 FB pages, Twitter and G+ effortlessly. Set it and you're done. It's so easy, and I can set it each week and then forget about it. You can customize what social media channels the posts go to and can customize each post for the specific social media platform (e.g. hashtags on Twitter, but not Facebook). The fact that Missinglettr pulls quotes directly from your blog post saves SO much time, too! You can also customize the schedule that your posts will be published on. I love it. Pros I spend hours writing a blog post. I wrestle over the topic, the verbiage, keywords, and then I share it everywhere I can. Before using Missinglettr, that would be the end of it. I would see an initial spike in traffic and the post would be invisible again. No longer! Missinglettr creates a plan to continue getting every last bit of goodie out of my posts by scheduling social shares throughout the next year. It's easy, it's creative, and I am so thankful to have found it. Missinglettr helps you with creating enticing text for each social text, and it generates attractive images to support the text. And my favorite feature is that Missinglettr reformats my blog posts for Medium. It was litterally the missing piece of software that I needed to automate social sharing. Pros Automation is KING and I've struggled with spending way too much time trying to share my 10 years of blog posts on all the different channels. MissingLettr is a game changer, as I can schedule an entire year's worth of content in minutes. \* automatically detects a new blog post \* automatically creates content from my text & images \* works while I sleep! Cons The only thing I wish it did that it doesn't is Pinterest. However, I do download the assets it created and I use another software to publish on that platform. My point it is that I think that the business model that it support and solutions that offer are for an everyday less relevant business model based on blogging, while now models based on funnels, and more focused social media work (just working one social media account) are more preminents for small business. Pros I like the idea to automate social media distribution. Some years ago I was using the Publisize option in the jetpack plug in. And it was working great. I just published the posts and with no more effort they appeared as facebook and twitter publications. Some time later I had about 15.000 followers on those social networks. Just because connecting the plug in. So, I was interested in Missinglettr that does the same but much better, creating several post for each article and with more places to distribute the content. Cons Follow the story in the pros, the problems started when needing to visit the web to review and approve the publication of the social media automatically generated posts (I think a request of Facebook). But for me, the issue where I am not using that much it is because I believe less in spreading the posts over so much social media publications. MissingLettr allows one to share blog postings over a multitude of social media sites in less than five minutes. The program does almost all of the work for you. All one has to do is review the headlines and activate the campaign. The campaign does drip marketing over a 365 day period which is great. Who has the time to do this manually! Since I am not the most proficient person when it comes to software, he suggested I attend one of his webinars. During the webinar, he walked through the process step by step and answered all question from the audience.
