Everything Signvox had and much more

Pros

ShopVox has all the great features of Signvox but with so much more, it is user friendly and my staff got the hang of the new look in no time at all. The "Business Intelligence" feature is a great tool to help our sales team stay on top of their game and gives me as owner and instant glimpse of how the business is doing. Our production team loves the different job board views and find it easy to manage the daily tasks. We tried another POS system for 6 weeks but absolutely hated it and we are so glad we decided to go with ShopVox.

Cons

Although we can track sales commission in ShopVox it would be great if there was a function where you can record commission paid, this is the only Signvox function we miss.

Pros

Coming from FileMaker Pro, this software is a dream come true for me! It is very easy to use and has a great chat function if you ever need assistance. There are a lot of great organizational features such as notes, tasks and assets that help to keep all parties involved in projects aware of the progress.

Cons

I wish the progress billing feature was a bit more broken out. We have larger projects that require multiple progress billing and it would be great if we could bill off a master SO and have the amounts invoiced automatically subtracted from it.

I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a full service production software to your existing or start up business.

Pros

It seems to be adaptable to your specific needs....Just takes a bit of set up & your off running. And, the customer service is top shelf.

Cons

It does take time to really set up the foundations to get the full use of the program but that is a small price to pay for the quality of the program.

It came highly recommended from a valued industry partner. In addition to the price being right combination for a business getting off the ground.

Organizing and keeping track of hundreds of projects in various stages. Customizable workflows that allow us to set up jobs and projects in different ways depending on the scope of work.

Pros

Customized workflows was super important to us! We also like the different reporting and customization possible to every individual in our shop. I also really appreciate the chat functionality if/when you have questions about how to do something. The ShopVox team responds quickly and is always willing to walk you through the process.

Cons

We have some minor changes we would like to see. One of those being able to adjust the next contact date. Our understanding is this is being worked on.

Easy to use, Detailed information and workflow organisation. This software has everything you need to run a business successfully. Easy access to business information and flexibility for any workflow process.

Cons

The best thing about ShopVox is that if you have an issue, they have the support on hand to help. ShopVox are very good at listening to anything you like the least and work to improve on every customer experience

Cons

Wish it had more business reports. We have a hard time syncing quick books to pull the business reporting functions we need.

There is so much functionality and we probably are not using most of it because we are so busy and it is hard to take time to learn the capabilities!

Streamlines the job process. I like that you can upload product pictures.

Pros

The proof and payment portals are really nice- I can see immediately if proofs are approved. so nice!

Cons

At first some of the tabs were confusing, but once I went through the tutorials everything was great.

Problems being solved include being able to create a database with all the components I need to build our products and keep production organized.

Pros

What I like most about shopVox is how good it is for managing the various components and processes involved with custom products such as signage, awards, and other personalized products.

Cons

What I like least are the layouts for the PDF documents, especially the Mail Invoice layout.They will create custom PDFs templates for you but there is a charge for each and proceeding with that is out of my budget. I am having to use Acrobat to modify the documents so the address aligns with the window in my envolpe and so they look less cluttered.

Cons

It really is a huge advantage in the manufacturing process. The major benefit is that quotes can be generated and sent to customers very quickly. I like that I can export the files and import to the accounting software. It always helps in tracking the entire production process.

I haven't had any issues so far using this software.

They are constantly upgrading the software with new solutions and features. They listen to customer feedback. Customer support is top-notch, short wait times and problems solved quickly. Easy to use and understand. Customizable without requiring a computer science degree. It connects to other software packages with little issue. Extremely cost-effective.

Cons

I would like to see more development for the mobile market, maybe a dedicated IOS APP. No major cons in my opinion.

The customer services is amazing. Any time of day i have a question there is someone to help. The connectivity of working a job from lead - fulfillment is an amazing time saving tool. The customer approval portal also makes our company seem very professional.

Cons

I wish there was an app for my phone that I could use to quickly view to manage my on the road. I would like to see the quote approval system work just like the proof approval portal.

Pros

ShopVOX is helping keep our daily jobs recorded in an easy to access web based user interface. We can quickly search for and access finished projects as well as current jobs. It is also assisting us in keeping track of active jobs by means of current & live reporting of work being trafficked through our business.

Cons

The inability to duplicate like-for-like job orders from previous campaigns into new campaigns. For the moment we are able to work around this by simply copying text from a previous job and into a current job. Though this can be a little tedious going back-and-forth between previous and current jobs if there is a lot of different details to copy over.
