Much easier to run reports and saves a lot of time. You can really focus in on your non-conformances and make improvements to your processes.

Pros

The reports are very easy to work with. You can also customize your question to run reports by certain questions for non-conformances. This is much easier to work with than the excel based version we used. The excel version we used would take me 2 - 3 hours to get reports now I can have them in seconds.

I am very happy that I was introduced to this product. It has saved me countless hours of tedious paperwork. It has also reduced our paper consumption as well as printing costs considerably. We have been using this software for a number of years, now. Our Plant Operating Committee really likes the real-time feature of this software. The customer support given is excellent. The personnel are incredibly helpful and not demeaning in any way. Any issues that have taken place were addressed efficiently and effectively and we even received a corrective action report from the company. We were impressed by their integrity. I would, and have, recommend this software for anyone who wants to improve their LPA system.

Pros

It gives real-time information. This enables us to address any issues in a timely fashion. Also, once everything is set up, everything is very user-friendly and efficient.

Cons

Our company has chosen a specific way to set up our system to acquire certain information. In doing this, it has made it quite complex and, therefore, time-consuming to set up.

This is my first venture into Layered Process Audit software and I am completely satisfied with the results our company has received from this effort. The Insight staff is very responsive to suggested improvements and the software itself is so intuitive that even the least knowledgeable person on computers can work through an audit with some coaching.

Pros

Easy to use and a great value.

Cons

Everything can be improved, but this software has delivered on what it promised.

Our experience has been great. The implementation went very well with great questions added to our audits with lots of thought to the impact on our processes. The training was top of the line and everyone caught on very quickly. In the past we have had difficulties getting the audits completed by the team. That has not been an issue since the implementation of LPA Admin. The software is fun, effective, and very convenient. I would recommend it to anyone that is serious about their LPA program.
