Pros: It has hotkeys, which means I can get through all my social media replies in moments, without taking my hands of the keyboard.

Cons: It doesn't support YouTube, and other platforms where people are expecting replies from me. I'm furious every time I have to use something other than Respond because it's so fast.

Overall: Lets me respond to all my social media in a fraction of the time it would normally take using the native software itself.

Pros: Really easy way to monitor, manage, assign (delegate), and respond to inbounds across multiple social media channels in a single console.

Cons: Billing system isn't integrated into main Buffer application AND you can't access invoices at all. Makes it a royal pain when submitting expense reports.

Overall: Now can monitor all of the company's inbounds using a single tool, instead of having to hop around to multiple social media apps.
