The only issues we've actually had using this software is certain sections at times have trouble loading our auto filling, and sometimes communication with the server isn't the best but for the most part the software works great! There are some sections i feel shouldn't be required to fill but I'm sure that's a customizable option on our end. Cons Connection at times is spotty! Certain sections can't be selected a times, but that's it! Because of this, it was difficult to keep things like training files and weight and balance report current and without errors. Using Cirro has brought everything together under one program. The Weight and Balance Reports are clean and amendments can be generated in a fraction of the time without the carried forward errors that we had been plagued with audit cycle after audit cycle. Cirro is open on my computer at all times and I use it continuously for flight tracking, accessing company documents, approving expenses and scheduling all of these functions saving me time and the company money. 10 years from now every will be using this product and wondering how they ever did their job without it. As PRM/PRMC Cirro is a must for maintaining control of the companies systems.
