It meets virtually all or needs and provides the support/service unlike I have ever seen! Pros Great flexibility with licenses. Curated library of content that "fits" our Team Members learning needs. Ease of use has increased our frequency of use. Ease of use, implementation, and integration. Great service/support from our rep...\[sensitive content hidden\]. This is exactly what we were looking for...the number of features is excellent, great value! Cons All subjects needing to be available in Spanish. However, I have been informed that this is coming soon. An App would be nice. Pros The initial setup was easy and the support we received was great. We found plenty of options to work with to ensure we can provide an interactive foundation for our training. Cons We would love to see more options around the branding, being able to present the the platform to our organisation with our branding and colour schemes Alternatives considered [Kahootz](https://www.capterra.com/p/142062/Kahootz/) Reason for choosing GoSkills More options and features to work and scalability Switched from [Scorebuddy](https://www.capterra.com/p/226597/Scorebuddy/) Licensing and we made switch for our quality platform Review Source VR Verified Reviewer Senior Advisor Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Easy, quick and easily personally paced learning system" May 11, 2020 3.0 These courses, even though they are very good, are still fairly "light" compared to some large-scale industry certified trainings. But I think these work well for junior, or if you want to learn more but not necessary are ready to take the step for the many weeks or months of studying (e.g. some PM certifications). But for e.g. a PM, I think you would be able to do the work well on GoSkills certificate alone. Pros I like that this GoSkills VERY quick to take to use. Just minutes. I also like that you can do a bit of learning each day - like all professionals, I am very busy at my work, and it's very hard as a consultant to dedicate full days for learning. I also learn better when I can process it in between. I like that there are actual exercise files and quizzes to ensure the learning. Cons The software is fine, but I do not like those courses where only a person is speaking and there is no actual materials shared (like a presentation). That's just being lazy. I would also like to receive the share presentations as e.g. PDF, as you would in any other training. (Which would cost more of course.) Review Source LH Liz H. Once we navigate through the free version experience the plan is to test an grow from there. Pros The various levels and the ability to add on learners as an admin has potential to utilize as a training platform. Cons The free version gives us a sneak peek at what we can grow from. Only 5 video sessions allowed on the free version. I would have liked to see more like 10 allowed. Alternatives considered [WordPress](https://www.capterra.com/p/131687/WordPress/) Reason for choosing GoSkills Reasonable in price per user and allowed the free version to glimpse into the product. The app allows for students to quickly and easily pick up where they left off. Pros Ease of learning is the best. Courses are in depth. The quality of learning is beyond any other mooch app. Cons I would like a more interactive interface. I would prefer having multiple assessments instead of one major one. The flexibility of assigning and rotating licenses was also cost friendly. The administrative support by Go Skills staff \[sensitive content hidden\] continues to be just awesome. There are some improvements and course reviews to be made, but overall it is a great way for continuous learning. Pros Easily manageable bite-sized lessons, can start learning whenever there's a gap of free time, even a small one. Cons When viewing GoSkills through Apple devices, instead of the videos showing up in the default quicktime player, the video plays from the website's browser, which can sometimes cause a bug where no audio comes though, and this can only be fixed by refreshing the webpage. The website's browser also leaves the whole URL bar visible, which is not fully utilising the screen space. This can probably be fixed by creating their own app. Review Source Pascal Uriel E. I had no idea all that Outlook could do. Also the Management training was good. I also learned a lot of skills in Excel that I didn't know. Pros It's easy to learn with their helpful videos. Cons I have to pull up the software I'm learning to try to put what I'm learning to practice while watching the video. This could be a problem is someone doesn't have the software. I purchased the Unlimited access and plan on taking as many courses as I can, that relate to me. Pros I love the platform, it's very easy to use and the contents is informative and useful. Cons I don;t really have any complaints. I've noticed a few typos and have sent them to support and they responded that they would correct them. But we can all take solace in the fact that it'll be this training that helps me get there. Pros The instructors not only have the knowledge and wisdom to back up their instruction to us but they also display a contagious enthusiasm and even at times a humorous vibe when they share examples and stories in their videos. I have used it to train my team and help with the onboarding of new people in the company Pros Its user interface is great and easy. I enjoy the way they organized each boxes and fields. Its easy to use. Cons quiz and exam creation. I am sometime having a hard time putting quizzes and exams. I think they should have an option to bulk upload questionnaire and answers from excel.
