Strong functionality in some areas, but unresolved key issues prevented long-term success. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Agiliron.

Pros

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending approximately 10 months attempting to implement Agiliron, I feel obligated to share my experience so other businesses can make an informed decision. When we signed with Agiliron on July 11, 2025, our target go-live date was September 2025. Agiliron was aware that our existing order management system was scheduled to cease operation on October 31, 2025, making the implementation timeline critical to our business. The system was ultimately placed into production on February 1, 2026, approximately four months behind schedule, with several unresolved issues affecting our ability to create accurate purchase orders. Our company invested $4,200 in onboarding and custom setup fees, recurring subscription fees, and hundreds of hours of staff time. Despite that investment, the implementation was never successfully completed. The primary issue involved purchase orders. Our business relies on accurate vendor part numbers, vendor selection, accurate costs, and reliable purchasing information. Throughout the implementation, we experienced ongoing issues involving matrix products, vendor selection, accurate vendor part numbers, incorrect costs, and purchasing data consistency. Despite repeated follow-ups and testing efforts, these issues remained unresolved when we terminated the system. As a result, orders containing matrix products required manual review and correction before purchase orders could be issued. Performance was another major concern. Agiliron was by far the slowest cloud-based business application I have ever used. Early in the implementation process, when I raised concerns about system speed, I was told that the implementation environment differed from the production environment and that performance would improve once we went live. After going live, I was informed there was no separate production environment. Performance never improved. The user interface was also extremely difficult to work with. I understood going in that it was not a modern platform and assumed that familiarity would improve the experience over time. It never did. Tasks that should have required one or two steps routinely required many more. Very little felt intuitive, and daily operation remained cumbersome throughout the project. The data implementation process took months and ultimately failed to deliver a workable result. I was originally told that the consultant assigned to my project was among their most experienced implementation specialists. He was professional and pleasant to work with, but the implementation itself was unsuccessful. I later learned that he was no longer with the company. To be fair, Agiliron does offer some strong functionality. The reporting capabilities were impressive, and the team successfully implemented a number of requested changes during the project. One support representative in particular was professional and genuinely tried to help. While I appreciated his efforts, many of the issues ultimately required action beyond his control and remained unresolved. Unfortunately, the unresolved purchasing issues, implementation delays, performance concerns, and communication challenges ultimately outweighed those positives for our business. Communication throughout the project was inconsistent. While there were periods of productive interaction, there were also extended periods where progress was slow and critical issues remained unresolved. Despite the importance of the implementation and the known timeline, there was little sense of urgency around resolving outstanding issues. Throughout the implementation, I found myself following up on open items almost daily in order to obtain status updates and keep issues moving forward. Management engagement was also disappointing. After the implementation had fallen months behind schedule, I contacted the salesperson who had originally sold us the system. I outlined the business impact, identified the specific issues preventing go-live, requested escalation, requested completion timelines, and requested a response. I never received a reply from the salesperson. On May 8, 2026, I submitted a formal termination notice detailing the unresolved implementation issues, requesting confirmation of termination, confirmation that future billing would cease, confirmation that our company data would be deleted, and a partial refund request related to incomplete onboarding and custom setup services. I requested a response within five business days. As of June 17, 2026, I have not received a response. What makes this experience especially frustrating is that it began very positively. The initial meetings were professional, expectations seemed reasonable, and I was optimistic about the project. However, after 10 months, $4,200 in onboarding and custom setup fees, recurring subscription costs, and hundreds of hours of staff time, the implementation still had not achieved the functionality required for our business.

Cons

Agiliron helped us migrate from an old ERP system to their cloud-based solution. They were one of the few companies able to support our three businesses with many channel integration requirements (Magento, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, QuickBooks, 3PLs, Authorize.net, Taxjar, etc.). Their on-boarding team helped us develop a lot of specific customizations to meet our unique business needs. This company cares about their clients and their pricing structure is fair and transparent. We look forward to growing our businesses with Agiliron and greatly appreciate their adaptive and flexible approach. \[sensitive content hidden\] , in particular, has been an outstanding rep and on-boarding coordinator.

Pros

It's flexible and integrates with almost everything! The price was right and Agiliron customized their interface and functionality to meet our needs.

Cons

It took longer to on-board than we thought, but we required a lot of integrations and customization.

Extremely positive. Outstanding customer support, \[sensitive content hidden\] is the best. \[sensitive content hidden\] is very knowledgeable and has very good humor!

Pros

We are about to go live with Agiliron in the next few days, and so far, it has been an amazing experience. It took a long time to find a software which is able to handle all of our inquiries and sales orders. As well as supplier PO's, handle multiple currencies and stock levels, databases and so on. Agiliron does it all! While being affordable!!! It has so many features, it's a joy to work with. I also love that a certain percentage can be specifically programmed to our own needs. Their customer support is intergalactic. In over 20 years of international business management have I ever met a company with such amazing customer support. Within 24 hours they get back to you, no matter what. \[sensitive content hidden\] was by our side from the very beginning, and I'm overjoyed to know that she will stay our contact person for the years to come. Her professionalism and friendliness are a pleasure to experience. If you are looking for a new software, look no further. Give them a try, 100% worth it!

Cons

So far we haven't found anything we don't like. Everything is passing our expectations. Absolutely worth it!

We recently switched from NetSuite to Agiliron, and the transition has been nothing short of excellent. The onboarding and implementation process was smooth and efficient, with great support every step of the way. Their team is responsive, service-oriented, and truly invested in our success. Plus, the lower fees make it an even better choice. We’re very happy with the switch and highly recommend Agiliron to any business looking for a powerful yet cost-effective solution!

Pros

Reasonable pricing, no contracts, great service

Cons

Not much to report, but the implementation did take slightly longer than expected.

\[sensitive content hidden\] was wonderful before , during and after launch and was able to accommodate all of our programming requests.

Pros

Attention from Agiliron support was consistent throughout the entire process.

Cons

Agiliron seems to be working hard to add more custom features.

overall its a great software i definitely recommend it for small businesses. i had a lot of questions at the beginning and the onboarding time were always ready to help and answers my emails and phone calls same day

Pros

The software offers everything we need at a reasonable price, and the onboarding team has been incredibly helpful and easy to reach out to.

Cons

one thing that i didn't like that we cant switch the order to an invoice from the shipping section we have to go back to order management and invoice it, it's not a real issue its just will be easer to be able to handle everything from one place

I underestimated the time and financial investment. Migrating from QB's POS to Multi-Channel software is a financial and time investment for any business.

Pros

You select the merchant service provider that meets your needs and the future of Multi-Channel Agilion and NetSuite's architecture integration similarities.

Cons

To meet our end goal, we use OOS IT support.

Our company recently switched our ERP system from Microsoft Great Plains to Agiliron & QBO. Our onboarding team, lead by \[sensitive content hidden\], was super helpful and attentive during our set up period. Then...once we went live we were in constant contact - in a good way! \[sensitive content hidden\] would reply immediately to my questions. There are a few things we still are working through, but we always get the best customer service!

Pros

The UI is pretty intuitive. I really like how the support team is very quick to help resolve any issues or answer your questions.

Cons

There are a few lookups that aren't as seamless as I'd like.

The cost of maintaining Dynamics was way more than it was worth. We had to pay support for a lot of assistance

[Microsoft Power BI](https://www.capterra.com/p/176586/Power-BI/)

Reasons for choosing Agiliron

Both were much more expensive and would still require paying a separate support team over $10K annually.

We are a brick and mortar with 10,000+ SKU’s on inventory. We took on to selling via our e-commerce website (BigCommerce) and our old system did not integrate with BigCommerce. We chose Agiliron after much research for a platform that fit our needs and budget. Migration from our old system to Agiliron was challenging due to the fragmentation of our own data and having to clean it up. Scott assisted us through the migration and onboarding, and he has been incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. We are now 3 months since going fully live with Agiliron and we are pleased with the software. There is a steeper than normal learning curve, but that can almost be expected for the amount of features they’ve tried building into the program.

Pros

Built in integration with multiple sales channels, robust POS

Cons

steep learning curve, user interface could be improved to be more intuitive
