Our onboarding team, lead by \[sensitive content hidden\], was super helpful and attentive during our set up period. Then...once we went live we were in constant contact - in a good way! \[sensitive content hidden\] would reply immediately to my questions. There are a few things we still are working through, but we always get the best customer service! **Pros:** The UI is pretty intuitive.
