Pros

Easy to use, it provides nice statistics and a lot of different functions/options to check customer satisfaction at our Business. Also Multi multi-property access is easy to Manage

Cons

User administration can be tricky, also permissions can be glitchy. I had problems to editing competitors even with my admin role, I ended up reaching out to support and they edit the Competitors, but my access wasn't fixed

Pros

Very easy way to determine guest experience through review process and make adjustments accordingly.

Cons

The formatting the survey notification email sends in.

It just works very well over all. Its relatively easy to use. It has added capability to really grow our revenue and keep our guests engaged.

Pros

All the email features, nice interface and metrics.

Cons

I still to this day think that there should be a feature that allows you to choose to send an email based on the date a reservation was created. This software only allows you to choose the days out from the stay as metric to choose when to send a message.
