"Govenda makes Board Management easy"

**Pros:** Managing our board of directors in Govenda is very easy. I also that all of our documents can be kept securely in one place.

**Cons:** The minutes-taking feature is really clunky. I don't use it.

"Great for Board Work"

**Overall:** GREAT! I love working with Govenda and it does a great deal to make my life easier.

**Pros:** I like how much you are able to fully integrate with the product.

**Cons:** Some accessibility issues and documents cannot be downloaded in an editable format if need be.
