Pros

-   My experience was quite nice and I got a lot of value from Tokeet.
    
-   It is easy to use and value for money.
    

Cons

-   I had so many issues wit them in the ast too.
    
-   They also claim that they are a large multinational company with main office in the US, but that office is nowhere to be found and there is pretty much one person responsible for everything

"Not the best channel manager out there"

**Overall:** use other platforms if you can. I had so many issues wit them in the ast too. they are not very reliable

**Pros:** It connects to many platforms. its like any other channel manager. it was ok when we started but is not the same any more

**Cons:** the error on their system caised me a loss of £2.3K - they accept the mistake but offer no compensation

"My experience at tokeet"

**Overall:** My experience was quite nice and I got a lot of value from Tokeet.

**Pros:** How they help their customers and make sure they get a valuable experience with their products.

**Cons:** The fact that they lacked at some spots such as providing extra products as a side service.
