Actito est une plateforme intuitive, sa prise en main est rapide. La création et la gestion des campagnes newsletters au quotidien est simple & optimisée. La mise en place de scénarios automatisés est intuitif, les blocs proposés sont variés et permettent une multitude de choix possibles. Grâce à Actito, nous pouvons sans cesse réinventer nos parcours et cycles de vie clients. Les équipes sont disponibles et à l'écoute : avec les nombreuses releases, nous voyons que nos retours sont pris en compte et que l'outil est continuellement optimisé. J'apprécie également la facilité de personnalisation de nos campagnes : de profils, de produits, de conditions d'affichages.

Cons

L'interface n'est pas responsive. Certains modules manques de flexibilité comme l'outil Template & l'outil formulaire. Ils permettent tout de même une utilisation rapide.

Cette simple phrase "Les équipes sont disponibles et à l'écoute : avec les nombreuses releases, nous voyons que nos retours sont pris en compte et que l'outil est continuellement optimisé." nous donne de l'énergie pour les années à venir et on ne s'arrêtera pas de travailler en ce sens. Du coup MERCI de continuer à nous nourrir pour qu'on puisse améliorer Actito tous les jours un peu plus. Pour la partie responsive de l'interface, nous sommes sur une réflexion de vous donner accès à une application. Actito nous a permis d'optimiser le marketing one to one et de diminuer les campagnes de mass. La mise en place d'un cycle de vie client avec des ​ campagnes d’automation ont permis d'augmenter la fidélisation client et d'augmenter le chiffre d'affaires de nos clients.

Cons

L'interface Actito manque peut-être d'ergonomie et n'est pas responsive.

Par contre je suis surpris sur le point de la personnalisation car dans l'éditeur d'Actito tu dois pouvoir exploiter la totalité de ton modèle de données (https://cdn.actito.be/fe/actito-documentation-client/campaign/fr/Personnaliser\_une\_campagne\_E-mail.html). Du Bonjoour Monsieur X, jusqu'à a acheté le produit Y et même conditionner l'affichage de bloc ... Du coup,je me dis que j'ai dû rater quelque chose ? N'hésite pas à nous contacter. Bonjour Eric, C'est super de lire que la touche locale est un plus pour vous. On défend beaucoup ce positionnement d'acteur Europeen qui met la protection de la donnée ainsi que le service au cur de son offre. Il est vrai que nous avons énormément de modèles de données orientés adresse e-mail. Néanmoins j'ai aussi connaissance de pas mal de modèles basés sur d'autres clés comme une carte de fidélité, un ID CRM, etc. Il serait intéressant pour moi de connaître vos cas d'usage. Customer support and UI is very strong. Scenarios design to build. Relational model on actito is a high plus.

Cons

When designing the scenarios your minimum wait time is 60 minutes that is way too long for a "real time marketing" when you can wait 60 minutes for a decision.

Depending on the channel or the approach I'm convinced we should be able to help you. If you take email everything is triggered in real-time you can for example easily trigger something on an opening or a hard bounce. Pros

One of the best features of Actito is the great possibility they give us to personalize the emails marketing. In the last platform we used in our company we had such a limit amount of possibilities that our e-mail started looking like the same. Not in Actito. We are able to really personalize our e-mails accordingly to our public. Also, another key feature for me is the availability of the support team, which really helped the set up of the platform and in our daily tasks.

Cons

The platform is not so easy to set up and comprehend in the first time, so you need to really explore their support page and team to understand some stuff. The difficulty is bigger in the setup of the databases. I do think that some aspects could be made easier, they seem a little too difficulty with no purpose.
