Pros: Easy to implement, configure and use. The platform is designed to cover practically all the needs that a service like this requires.

Cons: It would be desirable for the technical service to respond faster when requesting help via email. Regards.

Overall: A closer and immediate contact with the customer, which allows us to find out more quickly their needs and find errors.

Comments: They have provided us with great support, and their trial period is just another bonus! So far, this software has worked great for the firm and there has been a substantial increase in sales by 10%. It has efficiently created more sales opportunities by letting our representatives connect with customers directly during their visit to our website.
