Overall, Gorgias is a great tool for staying on top of customer feedback and providing excellent customer service.

Pros

I really love how easy it is to interact with customers. You can quickly see new inquiries and categorize them by platform type. (inbox, chat, etc.) as well as label them for ease of referencing them later. My favorite feature is simply being able to search through past conversations. If I can't remember the specific answer I gave regarding an issue, I can search for a keyword and find it.

Cons

I don't like that they took away the option to manually mark your Chat team as "unavailable". Instead, your chat is now available when your hours are set and unavailable when they are not. With a small team, we often can't be at the computer for the full set hours and like to jump on as we are available.

Pros

Es gibt viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten über views nur relevante Tickets anzuzeigen, das ist wirklich sehr übersichtlich und erlaubt eine individuelle Gestaltung. Generell ist das Dashboard sehr übersichtlich.

Cons

1\. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Kundendaten oder die Reports über die Produktivität der Agenten vor Agenten oder anderen Rollen zu verstecken. Jeder Agent kann alle Kundendaten in der Übersicht angucken. Wir arbeiten Teilweise mit freien Mitarbeitern und können das Tool nicht DSGVO-konform nutzen. 2. Die Absender-Email kann nicht den Namen des Agenten als Name des Absenders haben. Nur eine fester "Firmensupport - support@company.com Name kann gewählt werden. Das Gleiche gilt für Bilder in der Signatur. So kann man den Kunden nicht wirklich persönlich helfen.

Overall experience has been very positive.

Pros

Gorgias is a user friendly software and the Gorgias team is very helpful. The reps answer questions quickly and follow up regularly when it is a situation they cannot resolve right away. The development team does a great job at keeping us informed of the pipeline.

Cons

Some of the automated flows take a bit of work and there is a lag un status update when tickets are marked done. Not too long but a bit of a lag.

Pros

Gorgias is a very easy and well-integrated tool to gather all messages from your customers and answer them in the quickest possible time. Also you can have data on your customer success' team performances.

Cons

I must say that everything about Gorgias so far gives me satisfaction.

Pros

Integration was extremely easy, customer support is always very timely and helpful, training webinars and sessions on new features happen regularly which makes things so easy to add/integrate.

Cons

Some of the new features can be a little hard to navigate at firs however between the one on one calls offered and the webinars you can always find the answers you need.

I was able to save a lot of time in my emails. This allowed me to double the amount of work I can get done.

Pros

Being able to use short keys when sending emails saves me a great deal of time with a number of emails that I send in a day.

Cons

I have not been able to get the subject to auto-populate. Not sure why still. It is however still easy to type that and then the short key. Great tool!

Pros

Gorgias has cut time and made it easier with their email templates. It allows us to be extremely efficient.

Cons

There is not much I like least, it is user friendly an easy to use. Sometimes the icon does not appear in the body of the email.

Pros

Versatile to utilize for multiple features, easy to train and use quickly.

Cons

I would prefer there were additional options on reporting for tags, I.E being able to pivot a combination of tags together not just one tag by itself. All other reporting is pretty spot on.

I use this software everyday all day. No frills or fancy backgrounds/themes, very straightforward and simple.

There are sometimes multiple updates in one day or minor glitches were you have to close and reopen the page

Gorgias customer support is truly amazing. If they do not have a feature available that you want, they will make necessary changes to ensure the very best experience.

Cons

Gorgias is very new. There are still some glitches that occur. If a glitch happens, the Gorgias team fixes it very quickly.

Pros

This software has really changed the game for our company. We can forward emails and messages from multiple platforms to this one simple location. Additionally, there is the option to compose pre-written responses for FAQs that are easy to tweak as needed once imported into the writing box. It cuts back on so much time and makes managing our customer service so much easier and efficient!

Cons

So far, I have not had issues although I am still new to the software. I am happy with it so far!
