Overall experince with Communitrak has been excellent and the customer service is exceptional and very responsive. Our HOA previously had challenges tracking incidents/problems and distributing information/materials. Communitrak definitely solved these problems and many more. In the 1+ year of using Communitrak the platform has significantly modernized the management of our HOA. I have recommended this system to other HOAs and in comparison to other systmes I have used it is much easier and more intuitive to use.

Pros

The incident reporting capability made a huge impact in better managing the activity and issues for our HOA by having the ability to customize the forms and allow our members to report requests and problems provided the board with important visibility to what the property managers needed work on. The dashboard with common area access codes and hours of operation have been very beneficial for our members. The Member profiles with the ability for information privacy (if desired) makes it easy to connect with other members. Lastly, having a place for document storage with self service for members has eliminated USPS mailing and emailing and gives members easy access in one place for all types information from meeting minutes, notices, CC&Rs, bylaws, as well as any other information that is shared by the board.

Cons

The forms management is a bit cumbersome because you have to retype the file name even when doing a Drag & Drop.

Very pleasant, responsive and easy to work with.

Pros

Any issues I had were quickly addressed by the development team and the customer service was very attentive to my organizations needs. The leadership of this company is refreshing to work with and they were very receptive to product feedback.

Cons

Getting my organization to voluntarily adopt the software was not possible and I understand the reasons why. However, having the ability to Sign up my members autocratically would have been very helpful.

Reasons for choosing Communitrak

The decision was value based with a free trial to test. It was a no brainer.

Our experience with Communitrak has been great since we became a customer in 2018. The various member groups and options within those groups are perfect for the various HOA's we have in our gated community. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is always very quick to respond to any questions we have, it's apparent he really cares about his customers.

Pros

The site easy to use and the residents of our gated community find it easy to navigate.

Cons

There was a persistent issue with the page not loading a few months ago, which appears to have been mitigated with the redesign.

Pros

This has been a great tool to use for neighborhood communication and for collecting monthly dues. We've also seen VERY quick responses to any questions or issues we've had, which is very much appreciated.

Cons

The only improvement we would love to have is for the ability for users to set up auto-draft payments. This is something highly requested in the neighborhood, and without it, many of our monthly payments come late.
