The software interface for buyers is easy to register and also track bids as well as past purchases. The buyer has control to update credit card information on their own and easily print off documents they may have called the company for in the past. Tax ID's can be uploaded online for tax exempt purchases as well. For the auction company, there is a vast number of reports that can track overall sales, buyer information, buyer specific purchases, category purchases, on hand inventory and more, all very quickly with the ability for the company to easily filter for information they need. Accounting is made easy with direct links into QuickBooks and there is accuracy in the process unlike some of the better known auction software programs that can duplicate or triple accounts payable ques to QuickBooks. For the auction employee, entering lot information is easy & can be done on a tablet or PC, photos are easily captured and lotting and inventory control is handled flawlessly. Inventory and lot labels are easy to print and track and the process of lotting is handled by a tablet. When buyers checkout of the auction, the inventory is scanned to match their paid receipt ending the problems of buyers taking the wrong product. The process of clerking the auction is so foolproof that anyone can manage. Registration is done in a quick manner and repeat buyers are recognized & on their way, they can even print their own bid card without stopping in to register. A live buyer has an online number and vice versa, so convert online buyers to live buyers from a marketing standpoint is quite nice. Sellers can use the online portal to upload their own inventory which makes working with a larger scale seller with multiple departments a seamless transition. For smaller sellers, this also allows them to enter inventory before it shows up at your warehouse and saves the auction company money. The greatest feature of this software is the online user interface for the buyer. It is better than anything else on the market and makes buyers want to buy.
