### "Great marketing automation tool "

August 8, 2025

5.0

Very happy with it. Pretty easy to use and to integrate. A complete solution for all marketing automation needs.

Pros

Holistic marketing automation. Is a great solution for brands that have both a website and an app and want smart flows that send push notifications, in-apps, and emails to the applicable people. Very easy to use.

Cons

Overall the initial package price is reasonable and you only pay for MAUs and not for all users in the account, but adding more emails is pricey.

### "Flexible CRM Platform that Scales with Growth"

September 5, 2025

5.0

Overall, Braze has been a strong partner in helping us scale user communication globally. It enables us to optimize customer journeys, run reliable A/B tests, and closely track engagement and revenue impact. While there are occasional challenges with usability and the overhead of maintaining clean templates, the platform’s flexibility and performance outweigh these downsides. It has enabled our CRM team to shift its focus from manual execution to more strategic, value-driven work.

Pros

Braze provides excellent value for money given its depth of features. It centralizes multi-channel orchestration across email, push, in-app messaging, and more, making it easy to build sophisticated journeys. The learning curve is manageable thanks to clear documentation, and once workflows are set up, campaign specialists can execute quickly. Its security and data privacy compliance also give confidence when managing tens of millions of users.

Cons

The platform can be overwhelming at first, especially for newer team members who face a steep learning curve when navigating the product with various features. Email management and template handling are powerful but sometimes clunky, requiring extra QA to ensure translations or localized versions work correctly. Bugs are rare, but when they occur, they can slow down analysis and require support tickets.

Reason for choosing Braze

We chose Braze because it offered the best balance between scalability, flexibility, and ease of integration. Compared to other solutions, Braze’s cross-channel orchestration and real-time segmentation allowed us to deliver personalized campaigns at scale without relying heavily on engineering support.

### "Works for Complex Subscription Programs"

September 15, 2025

3.0

Its overall fine, I think it suits the business needs well. However, the SMS product needs improving and strategic guidance from internal staff.

Pros

Canvas journeys are able to support our complex subscription flows, creating and augmenting the SMS campaigns is also simple.

Cons

I wish segmentation was more intuitive - I find competitor products much simpler to use and/or statements when creating audiences

### "A great messaging platform for maturing companies!"

August 25, 2025

5.0

8/10 - It's such a big step up in messaging platforms and innovative in automated technology. It really does minimize the time needed for your run of the mill journey or drip campaigns and when you are ready to level up your messaging it also has everything you need.

Pros

I love how much automated functionality and personalization is available through out the different messaging capabilities. There is a significant time commitment when setting up new automation but in the long run it saves time. They also have very flexible in platform permission settings which avoids any accidental messaging from testers and dev.

Cons

Due to all the functionality there is a bit of a learning curve that can feel overwhelming if you have a lean team. The other double edge sword is the support process. You can enter a ticket like most systems but the level of detail they require from the team can feel like overkill when you are trying to solve an issue quickly. I call this a double edge sword because they are incredibly helpful it can just take a lot time to duplicate the issue to send all the info required.

### "Keep it up Braze! Excited to see what the future holds"

June 20, 2025

5.0

I’ve used Braze daily across a wide range of campaign and lifecycle use cases, and having achieved 12 certifications, I’d say I know the platform inside out. Overall, it’s a powerful and flexible tool for cross-channel engagement, especially when it comes to real-time triggers, personalised messaging, and orchestrating complex user journeys.” “I really value how intuitive the UI is, particularly the Canvas builder and segmentation logic. It empowers non-technical teams to move quickly while still giving room for advanced use cases through Liquid, Connected Content, and Currents integrations. That said, I’ve also seen where Braze hits limitations—reporting depth, testing capabilities, and scaling complex logic across campaigns can be areas of friction. You often have to lean on external tooling to go beyond tactical execution and into strategic insight. Still, for teams with strong lifecycle and CRM maturity, and especially if your data setup is clean, Braze is one of the best platforms out there to drive meaningful, data-driven customer engagement.

Pros

I love how intuitive and user-friendly Braze is—it makes it easy to build and launch campaigns quickly without needing heavy dev input. Braze’s real-time event triggering is super valuable. Being able to act instantly on user behavior (like cart abandonment or a milestone hit) is key for performance

Cons

You often need to supplement Braze analytics with Looker, Tableau, or something else if you want real strategic insight.

### "A robust platform with room for development"

May 23, 2025

4.0

Braze is a fantastic platform with a user-friendly interface that doesn't lack the more complex features an advanced marketer needs in their toolbox. The team at Braze is responsive and knowledgeable. There is something left to be desired regarding the speed at which feature requests are reviewed and implemented, but overall I love using Braze.

Pros

The ability to personalize journeys and messaging using Liquid and other tools is a great benefit. The retargeting options range from the simple basics to very granular, which is great when you need to automate a highly-personalized experience.

Cons

Feature requests and "on-the-roadmap" items take a long time to be developed. Some of these items are just nice to have but some can become actual road blocks to drafting the intended user experience.

### "Braze - The CRM Booster You Need"

May 30, 2025

5.0

Pros

There are a few things that come to mind. Braze is extremely flexible, we can create very simple customer journeys or very complex ones. The number of partner integrations they have. This gives us the freedom to choose the right partner for our business instead of only having 1-2 choices if we want to keep our systems talking. Lastly, how committed Braze is to developing new tools for us to use. Some are small quality of life upgrades, but others are much more meaningful and enable us to really increase our marketing efforts.

Cons

There aren't any big cons with Braze in my experience. If I had to say something I would pick some small things such as not being able to include a seed list on pushes and not being able to call in nested properties for custom events when creating basic segments.

### "Very satisfied with Braze :) "

May 5, 2025

5.0

Braze has been a fantastic platform for our messaging needs. It’s intuitive & easy to use – building segments & sending messages feels seamless. Exporting key metrics like deliverability, engagement, & conversion data is straightforward, which makes performance tracking simple. The ability to use Liquid for personalization has helped us create more tailored experiences, & the email template builder is both robust & flexible. Their support team stands out as well – always fast, thorough, & genuinely helpful.

Pros

Intuitive platform (sending messages & building segments); easy to export data; Liquid allows for personalized content; email template builder is robust & flexible; support team is excellent – thorough, fast, & helpful

Cons

No native Salesforce integration – this would be useful, but we've made due without it by setting up customer events

SFMC is incredibly expensive & lack table stakes features which required us to hire a SFMC developer. The platform was not intuitive – you can do the same thing in multiple places, but it isn't clear what the benefit/ difference is; the UI is outdated; there were bugs/ idiosyncrasies you'd never find unless you worked with a contractor or opened a support ticket; support wasn't able to help users; contact storage was horrible

### "A Powerful and User-Friendly Tool for Campaign Management"

June 6, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Braze was good. It’s easy to use, helps create personalized campaigns, and works well with other tools. Just a few features need some technical support.

Pros

I liked Braze because it’s easy to use and helps create personalized campaigns quickly. The Canvas feature is great for planning user journeys, and it works well with other tools.

Cons

### "A powerful tool with few trade-offs"

June 2, 2025

4.0

Pros

the interface is user friendly. Setting up campaigns and analyzing performance after deployment is easy. The advance segmentation capabilities has significantly helped in our targeting efforts. The new-age capabilities offered by braze such as intelligent timing, AI assistant for liquid, AI Copywriting assistant are the gamechanger. The multichannel support and real time data which helps in better customer retention.

Cons

I wish Braze had a separate, dedicated section for email creation and management. Currently, the email needs to be created and managed in the campaign or canvas directly where sometimes it becomes difficult to manage incase of complex journeys where multiple peoples are working on the same canvas. There should have been SQL segmentation option, where the segmentation is complex and isn't possible through the drag and drop/ standard segmentation.

### "Blaze with Braze "

October 21, 2023

4.0

Pros

Campaign and template is the most important feature. It allow anyone with basic skill to create and maintain campaign. The data integration is another feature which allow seamless migration of data to Braze

Cons

The current email template management requires more improvement when it comes to switching between html and drag and drop mode. Since we work on this on a daily basis, this is the least like but at the same time most beneficial one as described previously.

Reason for choosing Braze

Not involve in that phase of the project

### "Braze Review"

May 19, 2025

5.0

Pros

I love Braze's features and ability to be user friendly. As a Braze user of 3-4 years, I have successfully been able to complete all the trainings that have been helpful. Anytime I have a question, there's documentation that answers it. If not, there is always support available. I love the AI/intelligent features available. I haven't been able to dig into the AI tools completely, but have been using intelligent channel and timing religiously.

Cons

Although I use Braze for a lot of the features, there are still some things that I prefer would be reviewed/updated. For example, after launching a canvas, it is hard to update a few things: conversion events, action paths, experiment paths, etc. I also would like the opportunity to learn 1:1 about some of the new features that Braze launches, like the new report builder.

### "This seasoned user can't like without Braze"

June 3, 2025

5.0

I've been using Braze for over a decade. I've also had forays into Klaviyo, Customer.io and others. Braze is always the platform I gravitate back to. Everyone else wishes they were more like Braze.

Pros

The ability to handle complex use cases. The ability to handle virtually anything. If a Marketer can dream it, Braze can make possible. The capabilities are endless.

Cons

Wish I could search for individual customers by first and last name. I have to go into Shopify to look up customers emails to be able to find their profiles in Braze.

Braze has been an excellent tool for our team to deliver creative, sometimes complex campaigns quickly and easily. I have worked in other platforms in the past, but would not move away from Braze moving forward.

Pros

Cons

Pros

Cons

My overall experience with Braze has been decent. While the platform offers robust features for segmentation and personalization, certain limitations like the content card size cap can be frustrating. Still, it's a reliable tool for marketing automation.

Pros

Braze's segmentation capabilities and liquid logic implementation are powerful and intuitive, allowing for highly personalized and dynamic messaging workflows that improve user engagement.

Limited experience to date but looking forward to using push and content cards. I love the click to enter functionality for promotions and look forward to more analytics.

Pros

Drag and drop functionality and the canvas setup. Reporting seems great. Click tracking has allowed us to run click to enter promos easily.

Cons

Some teething issues with drag and drop modules eg. no holding. Some issues with importing data points that are quite basic to us (navigating email as identifier).

### "Braze For Super Email Marketing Experience"

Ever since we welcomed Braze into our toolkit, we've unleashed the power of automation to reach our customers across an array of channels we could only dream of before. Braze's magic wand? Real-time data triggers and personalized messaging, that's been nothing short of a game-changer. In the era before Braze, delivering the top-notch experiences our users truly deserved was a Herculean task. But now, it's a breeze! With Braze, we're not just talking about communication; we're talking about forging connections that matter. It's like the missing puzzle piece that's transformed our customer engagement into a masterpiece.

One thing I don't like about Braze is that it doesn't have an auto-save feature. Our team creates more than 20 emails each week, and mistakes can happen. An auto-save feature would be really helpful because it would save our work in case something unexpected happens, like a browser issue. It could save us a lot of time if our work doesn't get lost.
