Pros

Interface, easy to use, custom fields, ability to create segments, survey texts that are linked to contacts, tracking click rate of URLs. My favorite thing is that text messages rollover to the next month. Customer service has been superb so far as well. They are always available and quickly answer my questions.

Cons

I cannot merge select contacts from one textword to another. I don't receive a confirmation once a scheduled campaign has been deployed.

My experience is really good. Slick Text is a great tool to use as well as reach and grow an audience.

Pros

The ease of use. It is very user-friendly. The fact that you can roll-over your unused credits and wait to send out a bigger campaign to maximize the effect is amazing.

Cons

That they are not open on the weekends. Sometimes I have to run campaigns on the weekends and I have to wait to ask a quick question if I do get stuck.

The tool is easy to use. Both their human and virtual support is great and easily accessible. I appreciate the videos that are embedded in the exact functionality for a quick view.

Pros

I like how user-friendly the tool is. It is easy to import contacts when needed and reach our constituents.

Cons

I dislike that we must create or import new contact(s) when adding another textword. Ideally, we should not have duplicates, and the contact could be added to any textword.

We chose this tool because of the available tools ootb. The rep we demo-ed with was great and very responsive. We are a few PTO moms who are volunteering our time, and we needed something easy to manage.

Pros

It's mostly intuitive and support is always quick to respond.

Cons

Sometimes the available marketing tools need a little explaining. It's not always clear how to use these tools.

Very user friendly and makes communicating with clients so easy. Being able to reply and have real conversations is great

Cons

The limited number of Textgroups can be hard. wanting to text one person or a subgroup info but not being able to can be tricky

My overall experience with has been GREAT!!! 1-10, I'd definitely give it a 10. The product is great and the customer service is top teir!!

Pros

What I LOVE most about is the ability to schedule the texts to go out when I want them to. This gives me the leverage that I need to reach people at prime times as opposed to being stuck to having to send the message 'right then'.

Cons

The only thing that I like least about this software is the fact that sending a picture takes up double the amount of texts. I really dont understand why this is, but I just roll with it and manage my texts accordingly. I DO however, love the rollover feature where unused texts carry over to the next month. That helps.

Great! The scheduling was easy for onboarding via Zoom. It was informative and I was encouraged to reach out with questions at any time. The online support for billing, plans, and information is quick and convenient.

Pros

Easy chat online has ALWAYS been consistent, helpful, and quick.
