On the off chance that you can't immediately figure out a feature on your own, there are video tutorials for almost everything. On top of that, they also have a great customer service team. Within the dashboard is a live chat box where you can be connected with a real human within a couple of minutes. Every person I've interacted with has been super helpful. Pros SlickText is very easy to pick up. There are plenty of useful features, and none of them are difficult to figure out. Cons The analytics could be a little more detailed, but you get the basic info that you need. I love the mobile app. Pros The thing I like the most about this software is being able to easily schedule messages to send. I like that I can also include a link to book open time slots for sessions I have available that month. I also enjoy the app! It makes running a business on the go. If they could make it easier to copy clients to new lists, I would call it perfect for us. Pros SlickText is the best text service our business has used. But, I also needed a degree of conditional logic and interactivity, and slicktext was able to meet that. Pros Was able to create a fairly in-depth automated texting experience for my customers. Loved their customer service that helped me every step of the way from onboarding to troubleshooting. Cons At times, this did not have the degree of flexibility that I wished. Had to occasionally find creative workarounds when designing a workflow that added complexity. But, still more than met my needs. It's relatively inexpensive and easy to use and any time I have noticed any bugs or issues, they address my concerns immediately! I highly recommend them! Pros The simplicity is my favorite thing about this software! It really is easy to use and now that they offer an app, it's even more easy and convenient. Cons I wish I could send emojis in messages. I also wish that when sending pictures or gifs, it would automatically resize them to an appropriate size to send out...now I have to go out and do it on my own which can be difficult. That's exactly what I want, especially for my purposes and objectives. Slick text made it very easy for me to say YES to them and to introducing text/sms to my business as a way to connect to the people I serve. I have already began recommending the software. I wish it was wider than the USA. Pros I like the geographic data the software captures. It helps me see where my opt-ins are and I'm able to cater to what's going on in their part of the world (USA). Also, the personalization, the graphs, and the knowledge of whether or not people clicked on my links. It's basically e-mail... but bite-sized, friendlier, and intimate - Exactly how I want my people to feel about hearing from me.
