It was sub-par and honestly I did not enjoy working with the company. For the money, I feel like there are many other VOIP services out there that have more features and cost less. Pros Everything is integrated into one online platform. Cons DId not like the 3 year contract. Beware if you are considering this service. You will be locked in. Customer service was so-so, it takes a little while to get through to someone. Its a bit tricky to get everything integrated and build out so that you can have your company phone systems running well. This can get confusing and will keep adding up with the more features and lines that you add. Pros Easy to access our phone system while on the move. Cons Occasionally a problem arises where it won't log in, but after a couple of tries it works. Pros The many facets of the software is great from an administrator point of view. It takes a while to get use to it. Cons Sometimes it doesn't work like you would think it should, so it becomes a little annoying if you get that issue. Also great backup structure that allows us to reduce downtime if an outage occurs. Cons I wish that the cutover when a line outage occur was a little smoother. All phones go offline and take about 1 minutes to come back. And can pick and chose all the services that we use every month. I like having the features over the cloud. Cons Can be expensive. Also - I feel completely scammed by signing up with them due to me signing a contract that is 3 years long. I had NO idea and completely trusted my sales rep and all the people that I spoke to over the phone and email when signing up. I hate contracts and I would have never signed up for one if I had known----especially a 3 year contract. I am very disappointing that they "kept" this from me and although I was the one to sign the documents electronically, The contract was NEVER disclosed to me. Very disappointed in that. Other than that - the service is a very good service. No complaints. We switched from another phone company and these guys are so much better. Pros Great customer service, Easy interface, easy to learn with a little time. Lots of features to this phone system and great to organize your phone for a small business. Cons Can be a bit pricey once your features start to add up; they do have a few hidden fees on the monthly bill that were not disclosed to me. Do have 100% of the options and feature that I want, but they do offer 90% of them.
