I really appreciate the external sharing capabilities for things like the publishing calendar, inbox engagements, and reports via external links. It allowed us to collaborate with clients without needing to expand user seats, which was both cost-efficient and convenient.

Pros

The platform is intuitive, making it easy to navigate across different features. One aspect I particularly like in the publishing section is the ability to view and separate posts by each team member, which helps keep our process organized.

It would be helpful if media stored in Statusbrew's asset manager could be shared externally

There's none to dislike about this platform but if they add email integration it would be great.

Pros

Statusbrew streamlined our social media marketing team's communication. The platform's approval workflow has been a game-changer for our team. It ensures that everyone is on the same page and that all content is thoroughly reviewed and approved before it's published. Highly recommend!

Pros

I struggled with keeping track of my social campaign performance on multiple networks until I discovered Statusbrew. It was always a hectic task to manage the data in sheets for each individual campaign and sort that in a proper format had to deal with a lot of grunt tasks. But Statusbrew saves my time with their customizable reports links feature. Now No more downloading individual sheets!

Cons

It would be awesome if they had this for Tiktok.

Well, the management of the post is become very smoother and it has become very advantageous for our resources as well because instead of hiring another resource for posting, this tool is doing its part very well.

Pros

Being a small agency, it was very difficult for us to manage the social media of our clients but after purchasing Statusbrew tool, it was really a great help. Some of our tasks were drastically reduced and now this tool is managing our numerous tasks like conversations, planning of posts in advance, etc

Cons

It would be great if Insta stories could also be automated with this tool, but rest all good with this tool.

It's great to have a holistic view of what people are saying about our brand on social. Statusbrew has ensured we are able to keep up with our community and respond to people at the earliest!

Pros

My favorite aspect of Statusbrew is the Engage Inbox. It's amazing how easy it is to manage engagement both from an agent's perspective to a manager's perspective!

Cons

Missing Web Listening abilities is only thing for us!

The fact that I don't have to worry anymore about spam comments under our FB & IG ads is the biggest problem Statusbrew has solved for me.

Pros

Statusbrew helps us manage 1000s of comments each day across our social handles. We get tons of spam and people trying to impersonate us under our ads; Statusbrew automatically deletes those comments, which is a great help to us. And, we can spend more time replying to potential customers. Also, I appreciate the smart routing of conversations which saves me a lot of time since I don't have to assign each conversation manually to my team.

Cons

I have not found anything I dislike yet. Of course, there's so much to learn, and I haven't explored a lot of it yet.

Statusbrew helps us ensure we're replying to all the customer queries across different networks. And, also we're able to easily follow the trail of past conversations with a customer, so that's quite helpful for us.

Pros

We've struggled with our response times on social since forever. And we always end up missing a few comments or DMs now and then. This is what we were trying to fix when we ended up signing up for a trial with Statusbrew. Couple of months in, the team finds Statusbrew easy to navigate, they can respond to comments much faster, and they can easily hide spammy comments.

Cons

Trying hard to think of something I dislike about Statusbrew. Okay, maybe having Whatsapp integration would make my life much easier, and that's coming soon, so waiting eagerly for it.

Pros

I've been using Statusbrew for a while to streamline my social media posts. I needed such a tool because of its report section which gives me the how the social media profiles are performing and which posts are with the most enagagements.

Cons

I am happy with what Statusbrew has got for us so I don't have any complaints of what it can or cannot.

Statusbrew had made social media marketing easier than ever before. We don't need to think of pushing the content every day on social media and analyze it as we can do it once in a week, bi-weekly or even for the whole month.

Pros

User-friendly and accessible in a team setting social media marketing tool! Statusbrew is very effective in handling social media accounts, add team members, grant permissions and market in an efficient way.

Cons

Don't know what to write here, as I don't think this tool has anything to be disliked.
