Our team used it to organize, deliver and track training for our engineering teams and the reporting was great. The interface is great and doesn't need a long onboarding for new users. Cons At times, it’s not immediately clear what actions are required to complete a module (e.g., whether a video must be watched fully, a quiz passed, or a resource clicked). Pros I like that the dashboard and platform is intuitive, easy to use, and offers a social component where other co-workers/employees can like and comment. I also like that the interface allows for you to pick up where you've left off, where you can see where your courses are being managed and ticked off throughout the year. Additionally, it's a great platform that incorporates video, documents and other ways of learning. Cons I don't really have any--it's one of the better learning management platforms that I've experienced. It would make more sense if the incomplete assignments were on display on the Explore page because it's the first thing we see once we open Continu. Every module was covered and it left me feeling prepared. Cons Doesn’t always give a reason for wrong answer. This makes it harder to know where you went wrong and correct it for future. Pros Continu is a platform that as employees we are able to access things we need to know as well as learn. Continu makes this very easy and the videos and questions go hand in hand. Continu is a very important tool in our workplace. Cons sometimes the app doesn't mark off assignments that are done once completed, it takes a little while sometimes. this is kind of annoying but if you know you completed the assignment it will be marked as done in the next few day's after completing it. It is not difficult to navigate the site. The layout is nice and easy to read. Cons The accessibility on the trainings could be better. There should be written out dialogue in conjunction with the voice recordings and a speed change for the recordings. People learn and retain info in different ways and this should be reflected.
