Pros The ease of continu, it is user friendly, so our new hires typically do not have trouble with finding tracks and dashboard so we love that Cons I hate the update, and how assignments are now categorized verses just listed out, we find a lot of people recently have been stating they are unable to find their assessments or tracks specifically assigned to them. Happy with the outcome Cons Clicking back and forth in areas within Continu was a bit difficult, it would always bring you right back to the main page rather than your previous page. February 11, 2025 5.0 The Continu system have given me the opportunity to strengthen my knowledge in my person position as well as industry knowledge with programs available at my own pace in my own free time to complete. This is the best "continued learning" programs I have had the privilege to work with. Pros I like that this program allows us to complete additional training or refresher training when we have some free time in our schedule. I like that we can search training's that are specifically tailored to our job requirements. I also appreciate that different training's can be assigned to us from our supervisors with deadlines provided so we know when the training needs to be completed. Cons I think the search section of Continu can be a little more specific so we can find very specific training's, but other than that it is a very good system to work in. Review Source JK Joy K. My current company uses Continu for employee job trainings and readings. I like the go-at-your-own-pace Continu allows for. If I am busy with day-to-day work, I like the ease of my managers being able to upload my required trainings and readings into Continu where then I can access on my own at my own time to complete them. I also like how trainings can vary from articles, videos and interactive trainings. Then once you complete your trainings, you also get a "congratulations" email noting your completion. Pros I like Continu for work trainings. It has an easy to access dashboard and the layout is easy to read. With one click you can see what trainings and readings you have already completed and which ones you still need to finish. Cons I have nothing negative to say about Continu, I think it's very user-friendly and easy to access. It keep me on top of what I need to do. The interface is easy to use. Pros The slack notification is the best. I often forget the due date of some of the courses assigned to me. And the slack notification is super helpful for that. I also like the "Explore" feature. It listed out all the courses available for me. And it is important that it has the latest on top so I can see them right away. Lastly, I also like the Dashboard because it provides me a organize view. I can see all the courses assigned to me that I need to work on, all the courses I completed and all the certificates I got. Cons The overall color. Maybe it is how our admin set it. The color is very plain. It isn't colorful and provide excitement.
