In your personal administration, you decide what is important. PayBook can be whatever you want, it can be the global monthly expenses of your car, or the terrible revelation of everything you ate thanks to UberEats. Cons Paybooks treats money issues as something personal and very private, to the point that the subject can become a taboo for many. Ironically many of us spend our lives obsessed with the search for money, not considering that financial transparency can help us make this search more effective. Review Source RP Rahul P. Pros What is a standout feature of this software is how good the tech support team is! Have ran into a few problems which were fixed right away with tech support guiding you along the way. One of the best employee management software. Cons The progress log feature is enabled only when asked to the Paybooks support as it is hidden away. I keep not remembering where the option I want is. Better grouping of the software features or a search bar could really improve the already great software. Employee onboard has become easier and we are able to deploy more time on other aspects of business. Pros The user interface, friendly and quick support from the team whenever we raise queries, Simple and understandable processes to work on payroll etc., Cons There are no controls to avoid logging in by other people. Whoever has the login credentials are able to login without OTP verification or anything of that kind. It offers wonderful general and customer care services which add on to it's simple, yet catchy theme. Pros What I liked most is the ease of access and cool theme. The website is easy to navigate and all the main services are easily available. making an account is also very easy and doesn't take any more than 5 minutes. The dashboard also keeps you ahead and helps to jump from one section to another. Cons The software has many places for improvement. Despites, it would be great if there as option to connect the bank account to the Paybooks account while signing in. This will help in easing the usage. It's easy to use and it has simple structure to manage information. I am using Paybooks for managing leaves, salary slips, expenses and employee's basic details. Pros Delivering salary slips, managing employee leaves becomes easier with Paybooks application. Employee can directly apply his leaves, and ask for comp-off leaves where respected manager can simply approve the leaves. It's an easy to use application so, no training required for using it. The notifications email feature keeps you updated, where you can directly approve the leaves or comp-off requests. Cons Its little difficult to manage extra taxes. Review Source RG Roopa G. It is really annoying and they themselves create new tickets for the same concern. Pros The app is user friendly. Looks attractive. Cons As per the requirement, they are unable to configure the leave rule.
