Pros: The possibility to see everything that your customers are doing on your website is perfectly realized in Woopra. Without any delays and problems at any moment you can just open that statistic abut a certain page of your website and see all that you need. So the program is powerful and nevertheless, it is not too demanding to your device and the internet. In addition to this, you may also configure the system such way, that you will start getting notifications after a specific action that happened on your website.

Cons: There are also available a big number of integrations, however, once when we trying to share some information from Slack we saw the uploading process but did not get our data, and only after the third reiteration we finally did it.

Pros: Woopra has a large selection of powerful tools. The app is extremely user-friendly and I can navigate their page with ease. It does a fantastic job showing the technology being used by our visitors. I can work with great desire and productivity. I also like that I and all my work with great comfort. Quick integration into our systems was nice too.

Cons: Lack of documentation should be improved. Also for some reports, I had to apply for support. I also would like to have a pop-up chat feature where I could talk to people who are browsing our site.

Pros: It is not that heavy on the end user (client side) and provides really good metrics out of the box. Also like the easy configuration of events that can be triggered from the client or the server side.

Cons: Their UI could get a facelift to improve the user experience. The pages seem slow, loading a different view takes longer than expected and although people are patient when they wait for such data it could definitely improve.

Pros: Mostly enjoyed the appconnect third-party integration, which enabled me to process information across segments of my choosing, create unique reports and consumer profiles, as well as gather data across different of platforms (such as e-mail, help desk, chat, and so forth). Other great features offered by this tool are the action triggering capabilities, report funneling, and the CRM integrations (I mostly used Marketo, Salesforce, and Zendesk). Data can be analyzed both from web and mobile, so that's another big pro for me.

Cons: The dashboard could have been more intuitive.The real-time analytics information is a great feature, but I was caught wondering at times if things were properly updating or not (no way to tell for sure).

Pros: Woopra has a big choice of powerful tools. Everything is easy to find and I like that it is simple to learn about. The monitoring of visitors in real time is excellent and gives a good idea of what interests my clients and how you can improve the work on the site. Working with Woopra is a pleasure because the user interface is very convenient and thoughtful. Conveniently, the API allows us to extract data to other programs.

Cons: There were problems with displaying statistics and some reports. Unfortunately, we can not always get more extensive reporting and some statistics are not displayed so we are highly dependent on Woopra technical support.

Pros: In e-commerce business the very crucial thing is the ability to fully understand what is going on your website, have all the statistic and understand needs and desires of your customers. Based on all this you can come up with the right strategy and have the best results. Woopra gave such possibility to my company. Thanks to this software we obtained the chance to track on every movement that our customers do on the website and opportunity to pay deeper attention to those parts of the website that the most important instead of wasting the time on useless.

Cons: In order to get all these enormous amounts of clients-actions the system press on your computer and internet quite a lot and that is why you need the best internet-connection and at least medium+ computer(Intel Core i3) to carry this pressure without problems.

Pros: We have the ability to monitor our customers in real time, which gives us a lot of information on how to improve our website and increase revenue. Do not be tempted to try something new, this service will definitely not disappoint you.

Cons: There were problems with displaying statistics and some reports. Also, in order to configure more detailed reports, you need a lot of time and basic technical knowledge.

Pros: The UI is pretty sexy, and it's really easy to use. Small footprint in the JavaScript tag is nice too.

Cons: In reality, there are a ton of great analytics companies out there with similar features and similar price points. Test them all and pick what you like best.

Pros: This program contains a tremendous set of powerful tools. All just to find. I can work with great desire and productivity. I like, actually, that I and my entire working team work with great comfort. This is a great and simple method to find everything, in fact, what we need. I'm glad, actually, that it's easier to do all projects with large probabilities with the support of working tools. We use Woopra for the best understanding of our buyers. We collect a whole picture of their behavior on our website in order to understand, in fact, what we need to do better or to remake. We also verify, in fact, that the customer is not a fake, in order to reduce to a minimum number of fake orders.

Cons: I would like to have a pop-up chat feature wherever I could talk to people who are browsing the website. But it's only my small wish. This program is a miracle!

Pros: I can deep dive into customer activity.
Funnels are super customizable.
I set up a custom dashboard for myself in under 10 mins.

Cons: The new UI makes it very hard to find the data I need (probably because I'm so used to the old UI)
It's not cheap.
Support response time is slow.
