I have not had any major issues. My crews really appreciate the simplicity of the app, and how reliable it is. Pros I use clockshark every single day for work. What I really like most is the ease of use! Literally anyone can use it, there are no complicated steps, it's all just there. The access to information is so quick. I also really like how it is very mobile friendly. Our crews are able to clock in from the field, since we don't have them come to the office they clock in at a job site and being able to have them do that is amazing! Cons What I like least about clock shark is that there's not any extra features to it other than just tracking peoples time and location. I wish there was a feature where I could show people their PTO that they have accrued or I could upload documents for them to see. More like a portal for the employees instead of singly being just a time card. It is simple and easy to use with great customization, scheduling, payroll and time tracking. I do recommend to try ClockShark to my friends and relatives. Pros ClockShark is a good app which is easy to use on smaller screens. The best thing about ClockShark is that it has accurate time tracker with the support of GPS and a great security level. The scheduling and payroll is very simple to set up and works well. The customer support is helpful and responsive. Cons I thing the mobile app does have some bugs and issues which delays loading, syncing and makes GPS inaccurate. however, it is not frequent and can be solved using help of customer service.
