They are very patient and go at a pace that my team could understand everything. Pros We were forced to change our payroll provider once they sold to ADP. Change is always hard, but clockshark made it very simple and walked us through every step, including exporting our 1st week of time into ADP. I would highly recommend this application. Not only is ClarkShark easy to use and accurate, everyone is great at responding to any questions. They are very helpful and always open for suggestions. March 21, 2018 5.0 Pros Easy for all employees to use, integrates well with QuickBooks Online for payroll processing and ClockShark's customer service has been outstanding. Cons That we didn't start using it sooner than we did...it has been such a time saver for our payroll department. Would be nice if the actual vacation and sick time truly integrated into QuickBooks Online payroll process, but that is no fault of ClockShark...this is something that QuickBooks Online needs to figure out. I also love the GPS feature so I can see where our employees are when they clock in and out. It has already saved us some money in payroll because the employee may tell me he worked 10 hours but when I check clockshark it only shows 9 hours. With the employees knowing that we are keeping up with their time I feel that it will keep everyone honest and save us money. Pros The ease of use of the application is essential when trying to get a new employee set up. Reporting is of great use too. Cons So far, I don't have anything we don't like. Clock Shark is more than just a time clock. It's all most like having a secretary. Very user friendly for my self and for my employees. Thank you Clock Shark. Cons I realy don't have any complaints about Clock Shark. The receipts are by email and there is no where in the app to print them if the email is lost. Cons My only hope is that there will be add-ons like flags for Night or OT hours. Perhaps radius og site could be a bit bigger as often sites are larger and check ins and outs would be flagged less for out of range. ClockShark has made it easier for our staff to respond to after hours calls by providing a time clock on their phone. So handy. Pros The most important feature is a real time count of hours worked. Managing hours for a small municipality can be challenging. Keeping the Public Works employees out of over time was our key reason for using ClockShark. Cons I'd like to see a count down to 40 hours. Pros I like that the employees can leave notes about their punches to explain when needed. I like that you have an app. and i appreciate the communication by your staff when help is needed. The settings are easy to navigate through also. Cons i don't like that if i have to modify a past day for an employee i don't get the option to switch jobs or tasks. sometimes they have been to 2 jobs in one day, but accidently forgot to do a switch, in this instance i rely on the note feature. It is an excellent product for the cost. Pros The best feature of this product that stands out among its competitors is it GPS function. We had an issue with District Managers stealing time in the past. With them driving around to our 50 locations all the time, it was difficult to track. With the GPS functions we know when and where they punched. Cons The initial setup was not as quick and easy as other companies we've used in the past but they did have exceptional customer service that was there every step to assist us. Pros ClockShark makes it very simple to collect and print time sheets for our weekly payroll. Our guys use the app with ease and we have had no issues/negative feedback. We also love that we can give job details to the crew and track their progress. Cons I really can't think of anything on the functionality side but maybe the color scheme could be a bit more cheerful...the overall design is a bit drab. Reports are just what we need for job costing and accounting Cons software features are all I need, still having difficulty integrating with my particular QBO setup, but haven't yet addressed this.
