Pros: Highly adaptable, easy to use, great team to work with.

Cons: Almost too easy to adapt, so need to be aware of this at an upgrade.

Overall: As one of the first commercial users and a long-standing client of CallScripter, we rely on CallScripter as a key element of our business model and offering and can say that it always performs well.

As a product, it's user-friendly, reliable and adaptable to our many needs and the CallScripter team are professional, efficient and great to work with.
