It allows a lot of versatility and room for personalization so we can make it our own. But the weak point is that the application has an issue. Maybe it is just with our team but at the end I don't use it daily as I was doing before. I work with some new folks that I haven't met yet but can see what they look like. It gets updated once a week so we can constantly see who the front runners are for contests and rankings. Very easy to use Cons There were some glitches in the beginning but they were fixed relatively soon after being discovered. Customer service was top notch if there was ever a question, and it's a really fun concept for a sales company such as ours where employees are spread all over the map. Pros Overall this app is easy to use both in the app version and the online browser version for fun team-building and friendly competition, especially during the pandemic when we weren't able to all get together in person. Pros easy setup and lots of integration with other systems to get data into the leaderboards. the backend layout improvements have streamlined getting things completed. the help system is always great. I have used the Live chat and haven't been disappointed with the service!
