June 14, 2018 5.0 Pros Software is incredibly easy to use, both on a user level and an administrative level. The leader boards are eye catching, and truly motivate the users to try and achieve a set goal. The support staff behind the software is also incredibly helpful, and have been there for me every step of the way. Cons Would like to be able to customize the leaderboard a bit more, and to add more than just a score. The option to display multiple metrics would be a game changer for my business. Pros it helps you be competitive in a fun way. I like that it shows what you are doing through the day, and it is very motivating Cons the sound effects are really annoying, and its hard to upload a picture to your face . other then that everything is pretty cool. i think the real time laggs a little bit soo its a little delayed. We have the dashboards going every day and it is nice to see the progress and alerts when someone succeeds in their role. Pros Is very nice for creating useful dashboards that keep our team motivated and aware of their progress. June 3, 2017 5.0 Pros Motivating a sales team and tracking sales are the most important but challenging tasks of a Sales Director. The Spinify software allows me to monitor and motivate the sales team (even remote sales team) effectively. The software is engaging for users and has an immediate and dramatically positive effect on company sales. Cons The initial setup was slightly more complicated than initially expected. We had unique requests that needed to be implemented- such that implementation cost exceeded our budget. Cons More gratification enhancements would help mature the app a little more. I think it is only a newly developed product so hopefully the Designers will build more of that into the system. Has made a big difference in not just our friendly competition and encouragement for staff, but has especially improved communication and management approachability! Cons We do really like the backgrounds available, but the graphics for things like each user slot that shows on the leaderboards, and the gamification panel, are a little 90's computer reminiscent. It would be interesting to see more of a sleek approach.
