June 30, 2018 5.0 I enjoy the competitive spirit it grants the team. It's a healthy outlet for the all the eggheads. Pros I enjoy watching the animated progress of the velocity changes. It will be interesting to see the development of these features evolve further. Cons I enjoy the customization but the default Avatar chooser could be larger. The scrollbar seems unnecessary. This is only one way how to motivate our team. The positive rivalry that Spinify encourages has been important for our performance but we are yet to see if it will last beyond the first few months. Pros Engaging leaderboards with progress bars for our team members. Instant notifications and celebrations have really been fun and inspired humour and performance oriented atmosphere. Cons If I had to think of what I enjoy from the software, it would probably be its time accuracy. I find sometimes it takes a long time for the information to transfer at a consistent time. It can motivate and even bring out the competitive side of most agents while not making them feel that their goal is minuscule compared to mega agents. Cons However, using this product on Zoom can be very hard to keep people engaged since it's virtual. I feel that Spinify is for an office setting with a TV where it will show all the leaderboards and how close they are to their goals and keep themselves motivated by visually seeing their growth.
