Pros

I like that there are different options to incentivize our sales teams. There isn't just a leaderboard to pick from but other ways to motivate people. It can really track granular activities, which is cool.

Cons

It took a little while for us to set up and understand the reports it was displaying.

It appears you can get points for doing nothing. Real Estate sales are easy you list a house you sell a house. No other little points for been nice helping out a sale etc

Spinify is very flexible and has well thought out mechanisms to ensure consistency.

Cons

With to purchase you get training, and that offer should be taken advantage of, as the solution is comprehensive.

Team awareness

Pros

Easy of use. Integration with MyDesktop product. I'd be pleased to be able to assist further with integrating Spinify into Ray White businesses as I strongly believe in the gamification strategy to drive teams (however, can not work with teams with poor culture). Spinify is a tool to drive performance of a team with good culture. It is also a useful tool in improving culture - on it's own can not change culture.

Cons

Requires technical knowledge of API integration to setup / drive software. Therefore, complex to setup to full capacity. Channels seem to drop-out regularly, therefore on days that I am not in the office, the screens are not in use. I have been away for a month and the screens have not worked in that time.

I love Spinify overall and have been pleasantly surprised by their amazing support. I will also get a response within a day (sometimes within a few hours) if I have any questions. If you are looking to add some fun and excitement to your sales or support team, I would definitely recommend you check Spinify out.

Pros

Amazing customer service and followups and a easy to use UI.

Cons

Need more professional looking backgrounds and images for leaderboard.

I like the idea of the software as I think it engages staff in some fun competition which seems to be benefiting the company's sales as well rewarding staff members. It has also created a talking point with customers

Cons

For one of my staff members the app doesn't seem to update even though he gets sent notifications saying otherwise

Cons

the constant notifications it is also very confusing and most of my tabs don't work or go anywhere. Have issues understanding what each thing does or its purpose.

Incredible experience, very fun! User-friendly, great experience for all users. I like the sound effects as well.

Cons

Should be easier to sign up and be automatically tied to Spring Mobile campaign. Had many sellers experience trouble registering for their accounts.

Cons

Not seeing past leaderboards. Not being able to see how the points generated have come from. Having some kind of transaction history would be good

Highly customization and a great layout - easy to use and a great visual for our caregivers and staff.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind currently - Still getting to know and explore the software. I am sure there will be a few bumps along the road but nothing that support cannot help with

Continual improvements are nice to see and their communication is done really well. They have a cool system.

Cons

Runs a little slow and takes up a little more memory than I'd prefer but they do some really cools stuff.
