Use this daily in my job, its easy to see how many children and staff are in any rooms. Theres so much you can use it for, observations, contacting parents and staff and keeping upto date on observations and tracking childrens progress.

Eignet sich gut für die Umsetzung im Alltag, nur leider nicht ohne Internet nutzbar

\- Übersicht der Kinder - Kommunikation mit den Eltern (Kinder eigenständig krank melden)

Cons

Das die freiwählbaren Symbole wie z.B. Garten das komplette Bild des Kinder bedecken. Es wäre vorteilhaft, wenn die zusätzlichen Symbole ebenfalls um das Bild des Kindes auftauchen

It's ease to streamline all things early years, it's a cool messaging portal

Cons

Staff not being able to message each other. We'd love to be able to communicate with each other without having to add a parent to the chat (Unless I've missed this)

Just to clarify—staff can communicate with each other on Famly without involving parents by using private messages. Here’s how: ✅ Go to the Messaging inbox ✅ Select the Private option ✅ Choose staff members as recipients ✅ Write and send your message To start internal staff messages, staff members need the "Start internal staff messages" permission enabled. Alternatively, for room-specific communication, staff can use Team Messages, which are visible to employees who have favorited that room. Hope that helps! Bisher war ich sehr zufrieden mit allen Dienstleistungen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und engagiert. Ich schätze den unkomplizierten Umgang sehr.

Pros

Die App ist simple aufgebaut und bei Fragen ist der Supportbereich einfach Klasse! Ich konnte alles selbständig einrichten (ohne Schulung). Das Design gefällt mir sehr gut.

Cons

Ich würde gerne die Ad-hoc Buchungen irgendwie sortieren können, damit ich weniger Aufwand habe, wenn ich die Rechnungen schreibe. Ich benutze ein externes Rechnungssystem.

Reasons for choosing Famly

Firma war mir unsympathisch und nicht transparent genug.

It’s amazing! We are really getting the hang of it now and love the way it’s easy to use and so organised.

Ich arbeite seit 9/24 mit Famly und fand mich schnell zurecht. Vieles konnte ich auf über die Hilfefunktion finden.

Pros

Die intuitive Bedienung und Übersichtlichkeit.

Cons

Manche Funktionen fehlen mir, z.B. bräuchte ich mehr personalspezifische Tools (Urlaubsplaner mit Kalenderfunktion, Auswertung über geleistete (Über-)Stunden, die Berücksichtigung von Feiertagen und Wochenenden, etc.)
