Ich konnte alles selbständig einrichten (ohne Schulung). Das Design gefällt mir sehr gut. Cons Ich würde gerne die Ad-hoc Buchungen irgendwie sortieren können, damit ich weniger Aufwand habe, wenn ich die Rechnungen schreibe. Ich benutze ein externes Rechnungssystem. Pros It provides our families with a central location where they can access their child's schedule, progress reports, communication with teachers/tutors, and invoicing. Our families have loved how simple it is, and while we're struggling to onboard a few parents who struggle with tech, overall it's been a great experience (and honestly these families weren't even using email either, so they were going to be outliers regardless). Cons We work primarily with K-12 and the core curriculum/activities started out as geared more towards daycare and early childhood development. But we knew this going in and were happy to wait on these functions to be further developed (which they are, and recent rollouts have been great). Reason for choosing Famly Better functionality, along with the promise of improved and more functionality that would better support a K-12 program. May 16, 2024 5.0 Overall, we are happy and feel that despite the few things that could be improved it still feels more user friendly than some of the other choices on the market. Pros Ease of use Communication with families Invoicing and everything all in one app! Cons Some of the formats and limitations on sections of the app are annoying. Accident forms are lost if the screen times out- there will be no draft. When downloading the accidents the format of CSV confuses the information and it is not clear. A PDF or word doc format would also be brilliant. Staffing attendance and child attendance would be better if managers could adjust the times more easily. The sign in and out page, could be improved by being able to sign more than one in at once and not have to add a leave time. If the interaction with Xero was faster, i.e like banks electronically update Xero with the balances- it would be good if Famly interacted in the same way. Waiting list for sessions, for existing children already enrolled would also be so much better. We liked the free trial's and customer support plus the ever evolving development to keep the service current and user friendly. Im looking forward to seeing how AI can further transform your platform in the future. Cons The calculations of fees doesnt quite opperate how we calculate our fees so done use that part of the platform. Staff should also be able to take holidays in hours. I would also like to see and AI driven staff rota that picks up trends. The amount of time my team spend on rotas and changes to rotas, would like to see how this could be improved upon. Would also like to see another survey that truely reflects our relationships with local authority simliar to the survey you did last year. Surveys conducted by Scottish Gov have fudged results for sure.
