Not only are we able to produce the output with separate format options (PDF and/or Excel), the invoices can be saved out to a file share using dynamic folder naming for archival purposes. We also deliver the invoices electronically to our customers via the email option. CRD supports the ability to set up multiple SMTP server options, which is very helpful for the invoicing process, to ensure we are sending our invoices through secure methods and can customize the sender Name and email address as necessary.
