Amazing experience with customer service and pricing options. I would highly recommend for any yoga instructor just starting out. It's scheduler that can grow with your business. Pros Love so many components of Momoyoga! I choose them as a scheduler provider for my very small yoga business and originally signed on because they offered a fair, low price for the basic program. I've stayed with Momoyoga for the past 4 years and it's because you simply can't beat the excellent customer service (actually can speak to a person easily), the ease of navigating the set up for classes/events etc and my clients have found it easy to login and register for classes. Momoyoga has stayed competitive with pricing and services and have even honoured my original pricing despite their service options shifting. I had shopped around as my business grew and decided to stay with Momoyoga. It is a great scheduler and feels like business who actually cares about happy customers and providing a great service rather than a larger, over-charging conglomerate company. For a small business, Momoyoga is a fantastic place to start and I have recommended it to many fellow yoga instructors. Cons One wish that comes to mind, would be to allow the 'uploaded photos' section to allow a personal bank of saved pics for class descriptions. But really, that is a minor tweak and if I was more organized on my computer, that would solve it too! I loved the app so much that I wanted to use it for my business in 2020. I instantly became a fan of the company and how much support they gave me setting up a new account. They were responsive and helpful and remain this way 6 years later. They have a great wellness booking system which is up against some very big tech companies, yet they always listen to the users for their suggestions. They have rebuilt their end user app which is getting great feedback. I have recommended Momoyoga to many other yoga teachers and they are also still using the platform many years after. Pros I like the back-end interface of Momoyoga for my daily interaction to manage my business. I also like the fact that they provide an app for the end user and my customers. Cons There is nothing I don't like about Momoyoga. If anything, which I think they will have addressed with their revised end user app is that it doesn't go through a web browser, but is built in to the actual app itself. The employees are very friendly, patient, and eager to help me with any issues or questions. I love all of the new blogs and articles and info from various staff and other teachers. I always learn something new and appreciate this addition:) Payments have been very timely and correct. Billing always gives me a heads up before processing my monthly account fee. The new "Book a Guest" feature has been used a few times and works well. Also, the "Book Series" is a nice option too! Overall I am very please and my students enjoy the easy access to make reservations, cancel reservations, pay online or at the studio and see class schedule easily form the APP or website!! Pros Easy to use and reliable. Some Yogis have issues navigating around at the beginning, but then get up to speed. I registered with Momoyoga fairly early on... and the pricing is sustainable for my small studio of just ME:) Cons Using the back arrow in Momoyoga after adding a pricing option or editing an existing order does not work. It creates a need to start over and re-open the Yogi's account. Can be time consuming if trying to look at a number of accounts at one time. I would love a COPY CLASS option so I can just copy from one month to the other any repeating classes... rather than retyping or copy and pasting... also, would love a few more photos to add for classes - or to be able to store a few of mine in Momoyoga rather than having to obtain from my computer each time I add the class again. It does so much work, which I did before myself. It makes my life a lot easier and besides that everything is much better arranged than you can do it manually. Pros The people behind Momo Yoga! They really make a difference and practice yoga in their daily work. They are so dedicated and give so much service. I am really happy with them and with the products Momo Yoga offers. Cons I can not think about anything. Sometimes there is a little bug, but again, then the people make the difference. I always feel heard and whatever the issue is, it is always taken seriously and resolved. Sometimes even in consultation with the customers via an online meeting. Really class!
