My experience has been great!! The employees are very friendly, patient, and eager to help me with any issues or questions. I love all of the new blogs and articles and info from various staff and other teachers. I always learn something new and appreciate this addition:) Payments have been very timely and correct. Billing always gives me a heads up before processing my monthly account fee. The new "Book a Guest" feature has been used a few times and works well. Also, the "Book Series" is a nice option too! Overall I am very please and my students enjoy the easy access to make reservations, cancel reservations, pay online or at the studio and see class schedule easily form the APP or website!!

Pros

Easy to use and reliable. Some Yogis have issues navigating around at the beginning, but then get up to speed. I registered with Momoyoga fairly early on... and the pricing is sustainable for my small studio of just ME:)

Cons

Using the back arrow in Momoyoga after adding a pricing option or editing an existing order does not work. It creates a need to start over and re-open the Yogi's account. Can be time consuming if trying to look at a number of accounts at one time. I would love a COPY CLASS option so I can just copy from one month to the other any repeating classes... rather than retyping or copy and pasting... also, would love a few more photos to add for classes - or to be able to store a few of mine in Momoyoga rather than having to obtain from my computer each time I add the class again.

I am very disappointed. At first I thought its me, after having tried everything and being on other homepages using Momoyoga as well I know it is not me and the customers it is the system. What I find also very unfair is that you can´t delete the tool yourself. I have cancelled, quitted and asked for deleting all my datas, they offer me a telephone call now. After a few senseless mails trying to solve the problem for some weeks I have made my decidions and I want to get away from this time absorbing tool.

Pros

To implement classes and describe them This value is too short. (40 character minimum): Sorry, the rest was disappointing I have no more good about it

Cons

The bugs in the system causing Chaos. Leading to the fact that prices and products can´t be implemented properly... The customers can register but not pay properly. They often don´t understand the system. The translation into German is lacking. If you have too many price categories and classes the system seems to be insufficent respectively it shows bugs, is not working properly. My husband tried it with me and also saw it not working...

It's, super easy, for both me and my students. Easy to learn, easy to book. I have recommended Momoyoga to all teacher colleagues. Great support, good vibes.

Pros

I love the simplicity, Its super easy to learn and get in to. Also for the students, I have had two other large systems before finding Momoyoga that worked me into a dead end. Momoyoga is the one that gives me all that I need, for an affordable price and is working smoothly for my students. Im a single teacher, I can't make the economy with large complicated plattforms (and large bills) Also Momoyoga is always helpful in case of a bug or problem. Its super easy to integrate my schedule on my website.

Cons

\-There are som minor issues. The students have a hard time finding their invoices on their phones. So I get a lot of calls about that. -On events the students can not book guests, (book two or more tickets in their name.) So I don't use Events, I add events in my regular schedule. -I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE OPTION TO BLOCK OF A WEEK OR A MONTH AS HOLLIDAY. Now I have to go in and open each class and cancel it. I would just like to be able to gray out a week and write a short header across of it. -I would love to have the option to translate some of the system messages my self. This could clear up some minor misunderstandings that applies only to my studio.

### "Love Momoyoga!"

Pros

momoyoga is an excellent platform for yoga teachers, studios, and communities. My studio switched from Mindbody to Momoyoga in 2020 and we have no plans to go back. We average 3-4 classes per day, 8-10 teachers, and 300-500 clients/week. The platform provides all of the necessary information without the added "fluff' that some platforms charge much higher rates for. The number one thing I love about momoyoga is their customer service team. If we ever have an issue, question, or recommendation it goes directly to a real person who responds quickly and honestly...the human interaction really goes a long way and the whole team truly cares about the work they do! The integrity behind this company is top notch and something that is (ironically) missing from a lot of wellness tech platforms! Thank you momoyoga!

Cons

Taking payment is a little clunky- in studio I use Paypal Zettle to accept credit cards but it isn't integrated so once the client pays for the pass, I have to go back in and mark it paid. It would also be helpful to be able to refund directly from the platform. Calculating my actual income is challenging because I have to look at multiple sources and factor in the fees. It could be helpful to have one lump sum deducted as the fee each week so that I can see what my actual income is. That said, the pros greatly outweigh this added step!

I would rather pay more for the platform and have access to timely customer support. It seems that once you're over the trial period you are no longer a priority.

Pros

\-Easy to use. -Cost. -Integrates easily into website. -Has an app that students can use. -video library -online/livestream class integration

Cons

\-Customer service is lacking. They pride themselves on being "email only" to keep costs down but it takes DAYS to receive replies and their "solutions" don't usually resolve your issue the first time (so you have to wait longer). For a business that relies on them daily, this is insufficient. -Students can't buy products via the app, it's a source of frustration for them. -recurring payment integration is more cumbersome than it needs to be. -a tab for Workshops would be nice to differentiate from the regular schedule -having a separate login for staff to use so you can limit permissions on what they can access in your studio account. I don't like staff members having access to my banking or CC info, etc.

I like the product! As I started I was able to make most of my settings very easy. I had few questions and get very quick support in a call with a friendly Momoyoga employee. Overall, I do not have any trouble with Momoyoga. System is running, bookings are working, customer are not complaining and I can work with it.

Pros

It was very easy to customize. Bookings working without errors (bad experience with former software) Integration to our homepage was very easy.

Cons

As admin I book sometimes classes for new customers that are not registered and wisch I could add customer name to the booking. Currently I add a note with the name as workaround.

I am very happy with the product, and I will continue to use it and watch it grow.

Pros

Momoyoga organizes so I save time. It is easy for my clients, and I can keep track of everything in here, every client, every yoga class and teacher. I would recommend it to other studio owners.

Cons

The fact that only people on the free trial get in touch with costumer service right away on chat, is not fair, when I pay for the product I expect the same treatment. The weekday starts on a Sunday, completely wrong for me since I am from Europe and we start the week on mondays, so a lot of misplaced classes has bin made, and it is confusing. Should be an option to choose. Also should be an option for me to choose what teachers added can see. I should also be able to click on each day and get only the day, not the whole week. Makes it easier and faster for me to find classes. Also hoping that when I make a class I can choose dates to put them out, not only weekly. And maybe presave classes I make into some sort of file so I don’t have to make them again and again, but simply recollect saved classes and put them in.

### "Excellent for an independent yoga teacher"

Pros

I am an independent yoga teacher, running my own classes at different venues in town. I didn't have any online payment method prior to using Momoyoga. I run three classes a week plus 1 or 2 workshops a month. Momoyoga easily pays for itself, despite my small numbers as students pay in advance for their classes. It is easy to use, easy integrate with my website, easy to get financial reports from, easy to keep an eye on class numbers and to add/remove classes as required. The staff are lovely and very friendly any time I have a problem and respond to issues with functionality very politely and quickly.

Cons

Having an app for clients to book into class is good, but they cannot make purchases in the app and are taken to the webpage instead which people find frsutrating.

### "An essential tool for freelance yoga teachers"

Momoyoga provides an essential service to freelancers who want to run classes. As a freelancer I need the functionalities of a studio, but cannot afford the high price even for the most essential functions. The platform lacks several features, but they are always adding. I expect that my few niggling annoyances with functionality in time be relieved.

Pros

This software provides all the functionality a yoga teacher requires without the hefty pricetag. I spent a long time looking for something affordable but was constantly met with a hefty pricetag in order to access the most essential functions.

Cons

There is no administrator app to manage classes. It is awkward to have my tablet in class and use a browser to welcome people, sign people up, and set up payments. It is really designed for desktop use.

5 Star! \*\*\*\*\* The team are enthusiastic to help and take new ideas & suggestions on board. The product has had a number of useful development changes in the time that I have been a member, not even 12 mths, that have been invaluable in adapting to the change of how the wellness industry is working globally at this time. I have not experienced any issues as a student using the app or for my own business.

Pros

Momoyoga has been a great product to become even more successful in time productivity and business management. I used to spend hours preparing spreadsheets for class tracking and communication with students to book in for class. Now students have complete control to book, cancel and pay through their own app this makes my job a whole lost easier to easily track income as well as class attendees. I then have the ability to download information for accounting purposes. The automated and editable emails are wonderful and again save time when contacting and informing students of classes and special events. The 30 min email reminder with a weblink for online classes is invaluable and a welcome addition to the platform last year. The interface on the desktop is user friendly, as is the app for the student, and you have a good amount of flexibility to create events, membership and class passes with various payment options available. The convenience of sharing links and also website integration is also a huge plus point.

Cons

There isn't much I don't like about the platform. I have no doubt the team at Momoyoga wish to make development changes that really enhance productivity and ease of use to all their users. There are a couple of things that could be made available to admin which is creation of an app, but to be honest I have saved the weblink on to my phone as an icon and access it that way. It still works. Another helpful development would be some type of 'event template' which can be carried across a number of days/events. This would eliminate time of copy and paste from previous events.

Normally it easy to use. Very basic so no analysis in back end of the software to use as business owner. But it works, most of the time. But not happy at all with back office support. No phone. Just mail. Waiting at least a full day which is problematic when a bug appears.

Pros

That it work simple and easy for customers

Cons

That the company isn’t reachable by phone. I really miss an hands on customer support for paying users. When there is a bug, I can only sent an email and it takes at least one workday for them to answer. Therefore I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Overall good, but my clients have problems with figure out the difference between the app and the web-version. So many confused support-minutes about that.

Pros

The pricing is great, the site is easy to work with even if you're not used to working with websites.

Cons

My customers find it hard to register and log in. I would like to be able to customize the page with colors and logo. I would like to have a better view over the videos, like three videos in a row (like a classic "library-overview") I would like a page where I could write free text, such as announcements and offers (sort of like a bulletin board or blog). Be able to access the videos from the app. Be able to sell courses.

I didn't have the time to figure everything out with the thousands of plugins to get the same features with Wordpress.

At the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic, I had just ventured into teaching online, and I was manually booking everyone into my classes, receiving payments and individually sending out zoom links to each and every participant by hand! (There was many a time I was up until 3am in the morning the night before a class!). Momoyoga software changed this, and honestly, I don't know how I managed before I got it! Momoyoga has transformed my online teaching business, and I can't recommend the software and the service highly enough.

Pros

Momoyoga software enables the student to book and pay for classes without my involvement, giving me back the time to focus on preparing for and teaching the best class I can teach.

Cons

I don't think there's anything I don't like about the software!

It was very easy to set up and use Momoyoga. The interface is intuitive. Very good integration with payment systems. The statistical overview is nicely done.

Cons

Actually nothing. What is most remarkable about Momoyoga is that the team behind the software makes improvements to it on a monthly base. The system is getting better and better every month.

Overall it’s a very handy system. I love the people behind it because the helpdesk is fast and personal in approach.

Pros

It’s easy to use. They really help with installation. I don’t have to worry about anything anymore. And they are still growing. I’m hopeful that some additional questions that i made about the software are possible in the near future.

Cons

I would like a product option for small stuff that I sell. And I would like the option than I can change the locations of the products that I added. And one more option that I would love is that people could use one mail adres with more people. I have family ‘s that join my school.

It is easy to manage and love the layout. Nice and simple. The way the website is set up, already gave me a positive vibe.

A student cannot buy a classcard in the app, but has to go online to do so.

I love that it's user friendly and self explanatory. Also yogis find the app and booking system very easy to use.

Cons

I would like to have the ability to pick more then one yogi at a time when working with attendance within a class (to delete all) It would also be nice if there was a direct option to check in a yogi to a class after adding a payment.

Pros

Super easy setup. It has the right amout of features, not too much and not too few. Couldn't find anything better on the market. Support is very personal and friendly from day one. Answers super fast too all questions.

Cons

It still has some minor bugs like translations - nothing severe though. The App version could have some more features for my clients that they have in the online version (list of which classes you have booked and the amount of classes you can still book). For owners, an app would be handy too, but online is working pretty well on a smartphone as well. So not a must.

The plattforms were mostly for big studios, too expensive and too many features that I didn't need. Just too complex.

Pros

I'm an independent Yoga Teacher and I'd be lost without my Momoyoga account. I'm just entering my second year of business and having this system makes it so easy to keep track of payments, bookings and student info. Whenever I've needed to chat to customer support they've been super helpful and reply very fast. They're also very open to suggestions on how to improve the platform which is nice. There have already been lots of improvements in the past year alone.

Cons

No complaints - it fulfils all of my current needs perfectly.

Easy set up and great for my studio and clients. The app is a nice nice that my yogis enjoy using.

Pros

I love the ease of use for both set up and maintaining classes & schedules for my small studio. We offer 2-3 classes a day typically. I haven’t had glitches at all while using.

Cons

There are a couple things that I have run across that are not deal breakers but I have either had to make so without a feature or modify so it worked for me. I think each studio’s needs are different so like I said, not deal breakers but you may come across things that make trouble shoot or modify to suit your needs.

I like it for what I do. If the customer service improves, I will consider renewal.

Pros

The price is good. It works for most of what I do. I like that my students can purchase from an app. Doesn’t seem to have a lot of glitches.

Cons

There is a learning curve. Really my only complaint is the lack of customer service. They were quick to reach out in the beginning before I was really up and running. Once I was really using it, I’ve had a few minor questions and ZERO support.

Pros

From the ease of use to the great support from the Momoyoga team, to me the software ticks all the boxes.

Cons

Initially it took a while to get used to charging people on arrival and then having to get all the way back to the start to check them in.

We've been with Momoyoga for over a year now. Support has always been great and it's really nice to see how the services are expanded based on user requests.

Pros

It's simple, intuitive to use. Straightforward, both frontend as backend.

Cons

Layout may be tweaked a bit more for a smooth look.
