Our overall experience with TeeQuest has been very positive. We would highly recommend them to every golf course that wants a smooth operation, awesome customer support, and a clean look for the point of sale system.

Pros

We’ve been big fans of how easy it’s been to use for our staff as well as our customers. The tee sheet is easy to work and it’s only gotten better with the recent updates. And we couldn’t be happier as far as the customer support. They have been so helpful with the day to day operations, and even better when the very few issues arise.

Cons

If I had to pick something that I would like to see improved. It would have to be implementing color schemes for deferent membership types when checked in.

Customer service has consistently been responsive and supportive, and I have built an excellent working relationship with the team. While no program is without flaws, TeeQuest enables our Club to operate seamlessly at a multimillion-dollar level. When the occasional issue arises, I know exactly who to contact and can rely on their team to provide a timely solution.

Pros

TeeQuest offers a comprehensive suite of functions within an intuitive platform that can be learned quickly and efficiently. The teesheet is straightforward and user-friendly, with a wide range of features available to customize and optimize operations.

Cons

While I use TeeQuest for Food & Beverage operations, the platform would be even more effective if it incorporated POS-style functions similar to systems like Toast or Cake.

Awesome. Every time I need something the team at teequest hooks me up. They solve virtually any problem I have and make it super easy to ask questions and figure problems out.

Pros

The service is great. \[sensitive content hidden\] always take care of me when I can’t figure it out. Our employees love it.

Cons

Sometimes the system can be buggy but usually I just need to refresh.

We have used tee quest for the past two years and have been satisfied.

Pros

Ease of use. Ability run our own specials. Customer service.

Cons

Not being able to remote from a n offsite computer as a manager. Inventory procedures.

TeeQuest employees are extremely responsive to any issues or problems I need solved, usually regarding a customer who makes an error with a on-line tee time. The POS and Tee sheet are very easy to use. The reporting capabilities seem endless! I am in a very rural area with limited internet choices. Having the ability to operate the tee sheet and cash only POS is a bonus. The gift card program that shows the customer how much they have remaining on their balance is a nice feature. Overall I am very satisfied with the TeeQuest customer service and capabilities of the POS and Tee Sheet.

Pros

The POS and Tee Sheet are very easy to navigate. The Tee Sheet and web-sight tee times work hand in hand and allow the public and members to make on line tee times.

Cons

I would like to be able to show when we squeeze in an extra tee time. I would like the customer to be able to add a tip immediately on the credit card terminal.

TeeQuest has been an outstanding POS/Tee System for our facility. Support staff is attentive to questions and any issues that we may encounter.

Pros

Very user-friendly (especially when training a new employee) and the ability to speak with an actual person in a timely manner when there is a problem or question. Definitely a better system to work with than GolfNow

Cons

Wish there was a way for the system to automatically calculate a credit card fee when a CC is used for green fee/merchandise purchases.

I am absolutely thrilled with TeeQuest and the staff is so easy to work with. They ask for feedback and implement suggestions.

Pros

TeeQuest is the easiest and most simple point-of-sale system I have ever used at a golf course. The simplistic approach makes transactions a breeze and the customer support is unmatched.

Cons

TeeQuest has very few flaws... the only thing that could be improved is its tablet application.

From the time I called for information until the actual installation and training, everyone has been very helpful and professional. During the training period they took their time explaining all aspects of the system and answered any questions that I had.

Pros

The program is flexible and user friendly. It is fast and everything is at your fingertips. The management team imported all my previous data. There are useful reports. My customers can book 24/7 with the on-line booking engine. I find that I am spending less time on I T issues and more time on my customers. I find that this program provides the best service for me and my customers.

Cons

You need to manually add credit card fees to this system - they aren't configures automatically.

Overall experience has been great. I would recommend this POS system to anyone. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to use it.

Pros

Easy and simple. Configurable. Easy to train new employees on the system.

Cons

Any issues in the beginning were addressed and rectified.
